Thank you for this lesson! I don't know how many times I have gone to steakhouses, even some pretty expensive ones, and their crust was barely there. A great steak has to have a substantial crust, while maintaining a tender and juicy interior. Its a delicate balance, but when you can pull it off that variation in texture puts your mouth in heaven.
Im not convinced that the zelux is a good buy. It doesn't seem very practical for cooking. Sure it looks nice but a decent BBQ with a griddle would do a far better job. This is basically a fire pit, an expensive one at that.
