It is honeslty hard for a hardcore fan of another fandome to totally open up an opportunity for another group to enter. I can see Nico sitting there in tension through the whole thing. Lol!
I also enter K-pop because of BTS, but when I discover EXO, oh! man! my first thoughts were "These men CAN SAAANG!!" and since then I´ve been a very proud EXO-L, my #1 EMPERORS of K-pop, vocal Kings and multitalented artists. 🤍👑

@@Karenmilao I know right with the killing voice he could've had a good diversity. I truly don't think their full-on EXOLs because first thing I would've done was introduced them to the killing voice or at least their live performance of LIGHTSABER, something that would catch his attention.

@@natty9112I get why they chose those songs but in my opinion with the killing voice, where he could really hear their vocal and rap range LIVE plus bonus of hearing several other songs while seeing their personalities.

Exo is just that group to me the first ever group I listened to back in 2012 that got me into K-pop they really have a special place in my heart..I just love seeing people get into them

Exo is still 9 members, some songs have lesser members due to military enlistment (apart from Lay).

I was actually shocked when I saw Nico on the thumbnail... been wanting him to check out other K-pop groups/artists since the first time he discovered BTS a few years back, buuut it never happened lol His love & dedication for BTS is beyond strong, so yeah it definitely felt impossible lol I gave up a long time ago😂 As a K-pop fan of 15yrs, I always felt like they(he and his brother) were missing out on soooo much you know? Idk where you heard that but Jimin didn't go to Kai's enlistment at all, that was Taemin. Kai and Taemin are the best friends Jimin is just friends with them, I think you got a little confused.

In addition, there is a video where Jimin is on the day of Kai’s military enlistment.. they have a group, they travel together and the union of their fingers made a logo, the one they have on their coats
I think he mentions Taemin more because they are from the same agency and maybe he is closer since they see each other regularly.. but yes he is Jimin’s friend

It's common knowledge that they belong to the same friend circle "The Padding Squad," but Kai is particularly closer to Taemin & has openly mentioned him as his bff, brother & the person he is closest to within the squad, they've been bffs long before Jimin was ever on their radar. Kai has also mentioned multiple times that even Ravi is very close to him (mind you he is not under the same agency) but he has never said the same about Jimin or vice versa. Just like the rest of his friends in the squad, Jimin is very close within his friend circle, but this doesn't necessarily mean the two are tied together like a glove, so to speak. I hope this clarifies any confusion.

Exo is indeed one of the best vocals in kpop.. their vocals is really good.. before i became an army i used to check these bg.. but when i fell in love bts, i really don't have time to check other groups now.. i dunno why but bts really hits me hard. I can relate to nico what he is feeling 😂

Just to clarify EXO IS OT9 even if #LAY hasn’t been able to be present but both sides continue to show that LAY is still a EXO member … just a month or so ago CHANYEOL literally called LAY during one of his car LIVES while on his way from a show he did then weeks or month later Xiumin, Chanyeol, and Sehun was shown in a captured photo literally in person celebrating LAY celebrating his first seoul concert with a OT9 candle cake 😎. *The members continue to keep in contact with each other as well as visit when they can. He also continues to express his deep gratitude and love toward his korean brothers, no matter what one stans say or try to brainwash gullible people with false news or misleading rumors.*
It wasn't Lay's birthday, Chanyeol bought the cake (w/9 candles btw 🥹) to celebrate Lay's first solo concert in Seoul, SK.
Xiumin, Chanyeol and Sehun were present, attended his concert and later went out for dinner. Lay's birthday is in October 7th btw ☺️

I appreciate Nico being open to listening to EXO but I dont think these were the best cuts to start a non-EXO listener on with the exception of Monster. I know these were ya'll faves but respectfully, you gotta hit folks hard. Lol. If he's willing to give them another spin, I think Tempo, Call Me Baby, Obsession, El Dorado live from Japan performance, Let Me In, Sweet Lies, My Answer Live Performance, Forever, and YaYaYa would be great.
