Dear Michael, your wrote about Germany.., so I read, that you probably live nearer to me, as my son… ;)… so I’ like to write in german language. Ich kenne das Leben in der Stadt, in der Kleinstadt und auf dem Dorf. Und träume trotzdem manchmal sogar von einem Leben im fernen Sibirien…dort, wo die Natur noch wilder ist…wo es noch richtigen Winter gibt… ich empfinde dies als Rückzug für die Seele, damit sie noch mehr Raum bekommen darf. Dieses Jahr mit Arbeitslosigkeit, Lock down usw. erhielt ich mehr Gelegenheit für Rückzug in der Natur und zu Hause, was mir auch sehr gut getan hat. Jemand sagte mal: je wilder die Seele, desto ´mehr Sehnsucht nach ursprünglicher Natur…und einem Leben im Einklang mit allem und ur-sprünglich… Unser Ursprung ist jedoch kein Leben allein in einer Höhle oder auf einem Baum…sondern in einer Sippe… ;) Daher genieße ich natürlich mein Leben hier in Mitten von Menschen, die gut erreichbar sind für mich jedoch wo ich morgens die Vögel lauter singen höre als das Fahren der Autos auf der Straße und ich in meinem Garten in der Sonne meditieren kann. Aber ich gehe auch gern zwischendrin mal in eine größere Stadt, wenngleich Deine Vision von vielen Bäumen dort natürlich noch reizvoller ist. Für mich ist die Natur sehr inspirierend. Der Wald ist gleich um die Ecke. Ich “empfange” dort Melodien… ein Rhythmus entsteht mitunter sogar durch meine Schritte beim Laufen … wo “empfängst” Du Deine Melodien? Direkt am Piano? Oder auch draußen ;) Ich werde die Feiertage in dem neuen Buch “Zeitalter des Lichts” lesen, was wohl offenbar schon jetzt in leisen Schritten auf uns zukommt…. Ich teile absolut Deine Wünsche nach einem gesunden Planeten Erde und ich träume von Liebe und Frieden auf der Welt, wo Menschen auf Augenhöhe und mit Respekt zusammen leben und mit einem positiven Geist und Herzen ein freudiges Miteinander erschaffen, statt in der negativ-Spirale der Gedanken zu versinken. Ich wünsche Dir gute Contemplation und Inspiration im Januar, ganz ganz schöne Feiertage und danke Dir für all die wunderschönen Klänge dieses Jahr, die mich eingehüllt haben in eine wohlige Wolke und mich innerlich runtergefahren und liebevoll berührt haben. Thankyou Michael for your music I gave up my car this year at 71 years I miss it so very much driving was like an extension of me , expressing myself in nature anole beautiful wooded roads,streets of many cultures or just going to the grocery store.I love movement.❤❤
@hwhehe hehehe Not during the master's. I had a bunch of friends doing the same thing together with. I had the awesome campus and libraries and I could go meet with my professors any time. But all those things are not available now. I can't even study at coffee shops anymore because of COVID concerns. I'm writing up my thesis alone at my place. It's a lonely process... As for preparing for exams, study as hard as you can before the exam, and relax during it so that your mind can do what it does. Once you've done that, the result doesn't matter anymore. At least that's how I would think before exams. Good luck.

Reflection is all about memories. Memories of family come to surface as I listen to Winter Reflection. My mom is 96 and is in ICU 2,000 miles away. She will pass on soon. I am celebrating her life on this Valentine’s Day. A life devoted to others as a nurse and as a loving mother and best friend. I will always treasure so many loving memories I have of her and she will forever be in my heart💚
