Just saw Vincent Live again last night at the 13th Annual Smooth Jazz for Scholars Concert at the Parson's Complex in Milford, CT. He also played two years ago at the same benefit concert for the Milford Board of Education's Music programs. Not only did he play his two big hit number from his "Can't Stop Now" Album but also some new tracks from his upcoming album "Coast to Coast". Vincent not only continues to amaze audiences with his great stage presence and incredible talent but he also records and plays almost all the tracks for both of these Albums and is the writer and producer. Listening to his a prerelease copy of his new CD album now that he signed after this concert in the Lobby:-) Hard to imagine that he is just 22 and already has this much talent! #WOWNot only does Vincent Ingala write his own music but also plays almost all the Instrumental parts and is his own producer. He simply will never amount to anyone of substance like Koz, White, or even Culbertson. He thinks he's wonderful but he's a bit of an embarrassment to those with good taste and njoy smooth jazz. This isn't amateur hour. Actual adults play smooth jazz. Not children. And that's the way it must remain. Ingala needs to go. He tried but he won't get anywhere. The only reason he got a CD deal is because he had some kind of connection or harassed the record company until they finally gave in just to make him stop bothering them. He's too young and he plays a lot of sour notes. I'm in my 20s and I find Ingala to be totally awful. It's just the sheer fact that A- he's not that great with his instrument, B- he has a huge ego and was given a record deal by some unqualified person, and C- he's not even a halfway attractive person. Vinny, you tried, man. Stick to lower key stuff. Sad.
First of all everything you just said, shows you have no idea who or anything about Mr. Ingala. 1. He's being himself; not trying to be someone else. 2. HE DOESNT HAVE A RECORD DEAL. (He does everything/all his own work) 3. If you're in the music industry or any industry, you're attitudes you have just displayed will get you no where in any relationships with any of the high class/top tier performers that Mr. Ingala has befriended and shared the stage with in the music industry/smooth jazz industry Stop bashing what you wish you could have. He's actually one of the most humblest people you will meet. Go practice your Kazoo.
P.S. "Im in my 20s" ; "adults only play smooth jazz" You're not even an adult. In your 20's you're still growing and learning life lessons. Your frontal lobe of your brain isnt even fully developed until age 30. Kids....
tkandme3 you are an absolute moron. Vincent's latest album hit two of the jazz top 10 charts. His second album in a row to do this. It doesn't happen by accident. Its due to play time that he is getting on radio stations and record sales. If he is so horrible why is invited on TV spots in LA? Go back to your amateur hour and your kazoo. I have met Vincent in person twice. Not only is he humble but he is very approachable and friendly. He is an incredible talent who does all the tracks on his own albums including producing them. Why in the world would Marion Meadows have invited him on his latest tour? All these facts go to prove how far from the truth you actually are!
WOW! I'm the first person to comment.... Vincent; I am so proud of the music you make and what you do.... keep rocking it out dude! can't wait for you to come back to mass (holyoke) to perform again....

I read that his interest in music prompted his parents to get him an instrument when he was in elementary school. Smart parents.
WHAT ELSE YOU PLAY?? YOU ARE GREAT.
