Simple math here. Each person they have to do updates for takes time away from adding new things. You could either have a 70 person roster, or a 40 person roster that nitpicks about t-shirts. They changed the guys that made really important changes that people were sure to demand, and left out minor changes that only effect an entrance that most people wouldn't even care about. Sounds like a smart choice to me.

I'm actually glad this shirt's in the game rather than his new one, much prefer it. The entrance itself looks great,much better than last year. I just hope that the improvements aren't limited to the visual aspect of the game, because the gameplay last year was so glitched that I just felt frustration towards the game, and rather than any real enjoyment.
