Missed the LIVE - in planning to move to Mexico City the pros so far have been - the culture, the climate (no A/C needed), food, and mass transit. No longer paying property taxes, HOA, and car insurance / maintenance will be a definite PLUS. No MLS listings and consistency with finding housing and costs associated. The cost of living has increased in Mexico and rents are more inflated but I'm hopeful I'll find an affordable apartment despite that.
