I learned to draw ink sketches by watching other artists draw. so I highly recommend watching a lot of drawing videos & try your best to apply what you've learned.

@@CandyBrush thanks so much for your reply. By watching other artists , do you mean watching videos as they draw and copying it? Or just watching a lot of drawing videos like you ?
How often should I draw and for how long ?

Start by watching videos to learn the basics of drawing first, for example, how to draw in perspective, how to shade 3D shapes, how to draw basic textures, etc... then choose a simple scene of your own & try to apply what you've learned. Practice that on daily basis & I promise you'll see a difference shortly.
