G Wagens ( yes its Wagen not Wagon) were originally made for military. You could also spec them into ambulances and fire brigade vehicles. They were also used as farm vehicles. You can still see them in those variants in parts of Europe. They are one of the most if not the most capable off roaders on the planet. Unfortunately most of them don’t get to see the action since these are converted to luxury toy that only rich, very rich infact, can afford.
