Someone could make that thing a hotrod! It would make a great episode on a car rehab show. I'm shocked too

That’s my first thought whenever I see old cars just sitting there if I had the money and resources to get all the abandoned cars I’ve seen I’d be loaded with old cars 😂

It is said anyone removing anything, even the smallest item, from Bodie without permission will become cursed.

Why the intro page says"Empire State" while talking about the Empire Mine I'm not sure. And if anyone is wondering where it's located, because that isn't mentioned here, it's located just outside of Grass Valley, CA.

I live in Grass Valley, where Empire Mine is located. The mine's owner built the manor house he and his family lived in on the grounds, and the clubhouse is rented out for parties and weddings to this day.
A real ghost town nearby is North Bloomfield, which is now part of the Malakoff Diggins State Park northwest of Nevada City.

Tobby Keith's song should be this? "go west young man haven't you been told California's full of women, whiskey, and ghosts".

You need to be more careful with audio as there is a nasty reverb sneaking in there.
I've been to Bodie a couple times and Cerro Gordo once, both are in remote areas, particularly Cerro Gordo. Never been to the Empire State Mine.

There was a video post about them bringing water up toe Cerro Gordo. People might be moving back up there.
