I’ve been taking singing lessons for about 7 to 8 years now, I have sung this song multiple times, but only when I’m warmed up good and on my good days I can hit those notes flawlessly. On normal days I mostly hit the note, it’s not clear as Demi does it, but at least I hit it. It may also have to do with me having a low female voice, but that shit’s difficult.

Voice is weak and auto tuned
:') I know my voice is weak, I never had vocal lessons. That's why I dont upload covers on the internet. And now you again.

it dosent matter if they are or not that great cause to me there great and at least they try there best thats all that matter so dont hate.
As an audio engineer, I have the liberty to say that auto tune only works as an effect, however just from listening to this, the auto tune was more so used to fix the vocal. I'm more attuned to metal, rock and pop punk for the sole reason that they don't need auto tune to sound good. Look at bands like MCR, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, AC/DC. They all didn't auto tune because although some of the bands I listed gained success before auto tune was ever invented, they gave performances and made the music sound as if it actually came from humans. Not 'fixed' by machines. Auto tune does two things when correcting: it makes the vocal boring and it takes away the human element. In the two years I've been doing this, I used auto tune probably twice. Once because I thought it would make my first EP sound as professional as possible which it didn't and twice because I did a metal cover of bad blood from Taylor Swift that was at the top of my range, but since then I have used my own vocal skill rather than rely on a machine to fix my mistakes
