Any advice on fundamental rules for carving. I struggle with knowing at times what to keep and what to remove. Any advice is helpful. Thanks for your time
I'm a beginner also, but what I can tell you after some experience... the more you carve the more your sight will improve what should be kept and removed. Your sight must develop, I think this is comparable with anything what can be improved by practicing. So do not worry you will be better and better the more you carve :) I wish you a lot of fun ;)
Tu so much for theses videos. Good stuff
Boy I really like listening to all reasoning and theory you give to explain what and why you are doing things with your carving
Great job Dave!
