I was originally drawn to number 4 but something told me, nahh watch them all and see which one resonates best (which I've never thought of doing before)... and funny thing was ALL of them resonated. Except number 4 I think is in different context for me. I think "release your ex" is about his current karmic relationship. Also could be referring to the old "us" that we once were. We released eachother back then to grow and heal, and now that we are stronger we are constantly wondering of the possibilities our love could bring to the world. Thank u. I had at first picked 3 but my attention moved to 2; regardless both readings validated each other. This guy I had talked to on and off for almost 3 years before we "got together" I fell for him then earlier last month he said he wanted to end our little fling, created an excuse as to why he couldn't see himself with me like that regardless of the type of relationship we had. I became depressed and suicidal...shortly after that episode I left it alone and moved on. Got over it. I hear you! I would say any time you are focusing too much on a specific outcome and feeling drained about it just leave it be. When we continue to focus on the lack that is what will continue to be. Also you can do a heart charka test if you really feel this particular man is meant to come back or if you're attached based on ego, etc. Close your eyes, ask yourself something that is true like "is my name Isha?" and feel how that feels in your heart space. Best way would be to distract yourself when your ego is taking over as in wanting to control outcomes, or things like that. By getting off the subject of whatever the issue is, you allow your emotions to focus on something else - another subject, which lessens the resistance to the previous subject. Hope that helps!
