We get the interception to start the game and kick a field goal? Don't put any trust in your team? Great for morale. I almost turned the TV off. So what is going to happen to make things better? Sam is a great guy, but in over his head. He looks beat down and confused-spitting out lame excuses. Three losers in a row? Give the next guy 250K and spend the bucks nailing down Muss! We need to stay strong in basketball. Or the SEC will dump us once the super conferences take over football completely.

Rebel fan here. Pittman is my favorite SEC coach. Super guy, and I believe Ark would do well to give him another year or two with different coordinators. The man knows football, and his players love him and haven't quit, even under the most dire situations. Ark lost several games by very close margins, including against my Rebels. The Hogs are better than the record reflects. I really hope the guy stays around. I would love to play on a team coached by this man.

We are 2-6. This coach was full of "I Don't Knows" in his last post game presser. Glad he finally figured out that Enos was the problem after eight games. A lot of moving parts in a football team. That lengthy a response to an across the board horrible offense just does not represent a good head football coach. Good or bad pressers also just do not correspond with winning or losing football games. I see winning out this season as the only thing that could come close to justifying the word great being used describing this coach. He should be fired for losing as his contract has specifications towards. Not allowed to continue losing or stumbling into the Liberty Bowl which helps extend his contract. Money is wasted on this coach.

Yes Coach P's in game decisions need some help. That said, Coach P can and wants to win here.
Year one doesnt count bc Covid, this year he missed with a bad OC hire.
The O has cost us these games, not necessarily Coach's game decisions.
The games where Coachs decisions came into play, we were only close enough to win despite the O.
With a healthy O we win at least 3 more games this year, despite Coach P's decision making.

Pittman just summed it up with what we need at Arkansas. We must have coaches that can motivate kids to perform above abilities, Sam can get that out of kids much like Houston Nutt was able to do. Arkansas is going to have a hard time out talenting the SEC west at every position, build a wall, pick a few from other hot bed states that are full of talent and we damn sure better have a coaches that can motivate.

The plays that they did run were to PERFECTION! they hustled they made their blocks. They got 3-4 yards a carry on average and COULD NOT BE STOPPED! because they ran those plays SO well that they Went for it every time on 4th and short. And they only got better as the game went on. And the offense ran out so much clock that the defense was always fresh. And they opponents offense could never get into a rhythym. You dont have to do do alot! If you just Tackle, dont get penalized, Execute the plays that you do run, take care of the football, I GARUNTEE YOU, THAT IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL you can win 10 games a year on that ALONE! Coordinator sets the scheme, position coach teaches how to run the designed play. Pitt is in the room and has been calling for a change in scheme. He’s said for weeks we need to move the pocket. Enos refused to listen and Kennedy can’t teach the players how to block if the scheme isn’t designed for their success.
Ultimately, Enos failed to make adjustments during games or during the season and he was shown the door.

    • @mikegarcia4808

Its Not that. Pittman teaches technique of course. BUT ENOS Draws up the blocking assignments and schemes. And if you go watch a professional break down film on how rediculously difficult those blocking assignments were. You will understand. Its almost as iff all the assignments were Either Homerun or Miss by a mile as far as the success of the play. It needs to be simplified. IT NEEDED TO BE. ITS not ALL on the offensive LINE "PLAYERS" or the Oline coach. Those kids were set up for failure simply off the design of those plays. Also you dont have to have 100 plays. You can have 20-30 on college football and use motions or allignment that just make them appear different. Also especially in a pro style offense. You have to Have a respectable RUN GAME. because in order for a Pro Style offense you have to be able to set up PLAY ACTION. To top it all off Me personally, i dont believe KJ is a pro style qb. Maybe "hopefully" im wrong. But i think we should move on from KJ and keep him from getting hurt so that maybe he can get a job in the NFL. Nothing against KJ He is a great player. just for the future of the PROGRAM and the way this season is going i think its time we start repping the next man up
