An absolutely great performance by young James Smith. The kid flat hit on the nail. This kid really does have talent. His audition was great, it was showed that that this kid wasn't a one hit wonder.I'm so proud of him and truly wish him the best. The only thing that I fear for young James is that if he in fact gets picked up by a record label, that they don't turn him too commercial. We all know that that's what they do to these young talented kids. God bless you James !
i cant stop repeating and replaying this performance ....... i cant wait to buy an album by him ... this performance gone beyond the words ..... don't know why he didn't win but he should entered x factor to be more and more than this good .... he should be world star right now but it is the music industry and i sure that many singers cut great deals with singers and stars like james because they will take their spots from the lights

He said his voice definitely didn't come from his family. Of course it did; maybe three (3) generations back there was a singer. This is what's so exciting about every sperm that enters every egg: that one-and-only DNA mixture that gets concocted from generations of relatives on both sides that one doesn't even know!
