This video is also an updated guide on the new updates in De Pride Isle Sanatorium. I also explain how to rank up to become an islander and more. Also I know a lot of you are new and some are still confused about this game, so I made another up to date guide. I hope you find this video interesting and useful!

I'll probably make more De Pride Isle Sanatorium videos whenever the game has had a big update or so.
About De Pride:
De pride Isle Sanatorium has no objectives but to just survive the nights. The nurses are there to take care of you, sometimes there can be not enough nurses in the server since the game is now very big. Also this game is for anyone to play; male, female and LGBTQ+, I get asked that quite a lot, but yeah anyone can play it. It is just a LGBTQ+ support group. More information to become a nurse and get higher ranks are in the video.
I know this game isn't for everyone and not everyone is going to like it, but I decided to make this video to help others. And I know lots of you enjoy my De Pride Isle Sanatorium videos, that's why I make these!

5th blur: one blur before the blur of turning
6th blur: after that blur you become a spider

And if it was the version with cannibals:
1st Blur: One of the first a very slight tint of red onto your screen.
2nd Blur: a twitch in your arm develops, the tint becomes noticeable.
3rd Blur: you can surely see that red red tint, and bodies in the water.
4th Blur: Your hellish mind is driving you to insanity, you see vines all throughout the Asylum, blood spilled throughout the kitchen, and, rusty cages hanging from the ceiling with people inside them in the dorm halls.
5th Blur: more and more red.
6th Blur: ...Once it's night it's time to play... But until then your vision is soaked in blood red. You'll also make this whispering sound. Blurs during the night do not hinder your vision, only making it brighter and easier to see.
And so live on and try your best to kill as many, or take a kind heart of protection for people. But there's one goal, survive.

Once when I was in the playground I saw one of the nurses saying "remember no emotions around the patients" to one of the other nurses which creeped me out
They probably meant to message another, as that does happen sometimes 😂

being a nurse shouldn't respond to some non-sense questions.. they need to focus more on their job..
they mean no doing /e ____ during masses, in isolation, etc.
The nurse that got told that was probably a beginner so she probably didn't know what to do.
Tbh, I really hope De Isle Pride Sanatorium doesn’t get deleted or abandoned.
It does a great job being creepy, unlike most “scary” Roblox games, and I absolutely love how it relies purely on people than NPCs. It’s a good take on the horror genre, and I’m a big fan of how well it’s still running today.

Alejandra Cano Rodriguez Ah, yes. The suspension was truly heartbreaking! But De Pride’s Dream is now up, and it’s basically the same as the original game. Seems like the community hasn’t given up yet hehe.

River ruins It is back, although I have noticed a few changes. There is no coughing, and it appears the masks were completely removed. We also only ever do holy water in the lecture hall now.
The twitching crazy human

Down came the nurses

Another night survived
with Fear and blood
Nurses only do a patrol if there's been 5 screams, otherwise spiders continue to reek terror.
Took them to isolation
Where they all fought and died and
The remaining little spider was let out at morning.
The next night the spider had some new competition
And the alarms went off
Scaring the spiders off
All the patients went to hide in the bunker
and the blitzy ditzy spider went and ate all of them

I remember at the northern church I was interviewed to be a nurse but I wasn't accepted and so valindria had her executors take u in handcuffs, get on ur knees and she'd say "see you in the next life" and would throw u in the pit of lava. She's also give you moderator to tell stories

When I become a spider I just stay in my dorm and wait until morning :/ I’m usually the nice one but if I starve I’ll have no choice but to kill at least once, but if you wanna survive through the night as a spider without killing or getting caught I suggest that you eat every food until your hunger goes up and save at least one food before the lights go out, and if you’re like me you might survive the night with only a little hunger left so that when you turn to normal in the morning you can just eat the food you have left.
There's a glitch with the mask, so when there's a shortage, you can use it!

What’s the backstory?
So basically, it all started with Gaymoria. Then, it got abandoned and all that stalzie said. Qweerial isle actually got bombed. So, they made De Pride Isle Sanatorium. It got deleted for edible feces, surgery, etc. the part that breaks my heart is the Qweerial isle got bombed.

Man why is Roblox so sensitive. Yeah, kids play the game, but the only way to play the game is to search up the game (like the pride game). I’m pretty sure some kid is not gonna search up a game that has cannibals. Also games like these are extremely fun for some reason. I miss the human cannibals hhh

King HOTCOCO they kept getting banned cause of the cannibal humans so they switched from cannibal human to dear to spider... for now at least hopefully more updates come and we get a diff monster

@Senpai Seokjin So, Valindra used to own a group called “The Sister’s Order” or TSO and they made a game called “Qweerial Isle Sanatorium” or something like that. ROBLOX locked TSO due to the cannibals and surgery, so Valindra represented it as a bombing that ROBLOX dropped a nuke on Qweerial. So now in Divine Sister’s thumbnails they represent their group with an explosion.

Honestly I don’t think they’re supposed to do that, the point is that the nurses don’t see the spiders and just make you think you’re crazy and that’s why you’re in the asylum.
The nurses only go looking for spiders if they heard 5 screams , if there is 6+ spiders then they pull the alarms. If you turn a spider, it’s best to just wait till the morning, because other spiders can kill you, only kill if you’re hungry

I wasn’t in the time when it was in tso but I found the games that had the gaymoria map which was really nice! :D example of games with le gaymoria map (I’m a gold rank in it) : De Tan Qweerial Asylum Paradise (i think tannsoo changed to the de pride map) and the owner is my friend :3

How to become a Nurse!
1. Subscribe to ‘Divine Sister’ on RUclips.
2. Go on discord and send it to a nurse along with your username.
3. Ask to be Islander or LGBTQ+ Islander (both have the same rights!).
4. Find the questions online and write your responses (Be creative!!).
5. Apply with your answers.
6. If you get in, go to training and become a nurse!
7. If you don’t get in edit your responses and try again.

I was one of the original members of the sisters covenant. I'll try to best describe their first games. Which where taken down by roblox.
The first game was like a city, a very, very old city. It almost looked like rome. Everything was lit by fire. And it was night.
The second game I remember better, it was like a church, almost like a convent? There where always people there, and they would hold sermons there often. They would take you to the roof to get ranked as a proper group member, and would "bless you with fire"

If you cannot find a room, here are my recommendations.
1: if these rooms aren’t locked, go into: The dressing room, the storage room beside the lecture hall, the melon tree, the cafeteria, or stay out on the playground if you have a stash of food with you

I remember the time when in Gaymoria Peak Church Asylum when I climbed the rope of the cart because the cart started going crazy.
Skip to the end and hit “replay” and all the adds are dropped
1st blur:normal
2nd blur:hand twitching
3rd blur:3 more blurs,turning
4th blur:head twitching
5th blur 1 more blurs and your not a human at night
6th blur:spider at nighttime
What the blurs are:where you can’t see but it’s pure white
For the beginners
Cannibals were more nightmare enducing then spiders.
Also the spiders aren't spiders.
They are ants.
They only have 6 legs, not 8, so they aren't aracnids.

Ah, Gaymoria Peak Church Asylum. That's the game where I found Divine Sister. I've been with them ever since (with the exception of a few breaks from Roblox).

One time I was playing de pride and after a while everybody left (idk why maybe the nurses had to leave the server) and it was so creepy walking around an abandoned sanitarium. Usually it’s very lively and full of patients but with nobody there it was terrifying. Just an empty server. All by myself in a eerie sanitorium.

They should add infection mode.Basically if a cannibal/spider kills you then you will become a cannibal too.In this game mode only the initial infected will have blurs and holy water won’t be in this game mode.Nobody else will get blurs.Nobody will know the first infected person.Once the infected is a cannibal it’s their time to turn everyone else into a cannibal.Kill people to infect them into cannibals.Then the other infected will have to infect more and more people.Basically at night it works like infection mode in piggy
Oh and if u die of another cause ur body will be on the floor until night where u become infected as a cannibal.
