Is he a "true" sniper? Or just queue snipes Toast, then doesn't watch his cards(/listens in, but he did emote at the beginning).
I honestly don't think it matters with Carlos. His goal is never to win. His goal is to meme and if he truly sniped, he would only do it so that he could live long enough for the meme to work, whether that means he wins or not.

Callum Bristow tracker or canooneer are easily the strongest. I imagine an aggro/rush/taunt cannoneer would instantly be top tier based of the hero power alone.

No it wasn't, the deck was empty when he came down to 2 HP. It was a clear possibility, although not very high.

In raza priest era, you can just tech a darkness to prevent 0 mana hero power from activating. Doesn't mean that it's not a strong deck.

That Faceless interaction DOES make sense though.
Manipulator becomes a copy of a card, The Darkness is a card that enters the board in a dormant state, therefore, Faceless enters the board in a dormant state. Only thing I would change about it is shuffling candles into your opponents deck. Except I wouldn't because copying cards like that is a fucking meme in the first place.

Incorrect. Toast has even shown him have 0 cost Unstable Evolution and continue to recast it for 0. I myself did a 0 cost divine strength echo in the adventure against one of the bosses making my 0/2 Egg a 50/103 egg to kill it on turn 4.
Actually you can make your turn go infinite and get infinite spells (don't even need to have echo), using noz, the druid 1 mana kun combo, Soul Thief, and cho.
