- Walking a festive Central London, England to visit London Bridge City’s Winter by the River Christmas market & lights. The walk starts with the beautiful golden lights of the Shangri-La The Shard 5-star hotel at the base of The Shard, and then with a close of The Shard’s tip with its colourful Christmas light display. Next a tour of Hay’s Galleria with its beautiful Christmas tree, ‘The Navigators’ sculpture, and festive Alpine Lodge. Then onto the Christmas market stalls beside the River Thames selling street food and gifts, plus The Glasshouse, offering a drink with a view in the warmth. There’s also a gold and white Christmas tree with a view of Tower Bridge behind, great for a photo opportunity. Finally ending with a view towards the Tower of London, illuminated with a light show for the remembrance period.

Thanks for a wonderful video once again ! I especially enjoyed it as I experienced it for the first time last December 2023 and as a New Englander I must have brought the cold and the snow with me - it was cold there ! I think there are more stalls than last year and I liked that Yorkshire wrap, I would have tried that one if it was there last year. I think in my walk at southbank I may have seen you although I have no clue what you look like, but I looked at the person with a camera and you looked at me as I passed - person had glasses and was somewhat short in stance-maybe you? Anyway it was a great experience and you brought good memories of that with this video. I also had Churros for the first time and tried the Humble Crumble at Borrough Market both where just okay. Coming for our 13th time in September 2025 and can't wait just love it in UK and you cater to a vegetarian so well compared to here in the USA. Be Well WW !

@@LapseInMotion-ck7cr Sorry but I don’t know any Muslims that want to ban Christmas or are offended by it. I also know many Hindus who actually celebrate Christmas. I don’t know why the media is saying otherwise. As a Muslim I don’t celebrate it however I respect others want to celebrate. I work in a school and we are teaching the children Christmas songs and have decorated the classrooms with tree etc.
Please don’t let the media and politicians spread hate and division between the people.
