I think speed mostly comes with knowing what to do in a circumstance, from not having to think about what's being done next and having done it many times before.
Mostly wins, there are some losses too if I think they're interesting. A lot of losses are just very dumb and anticlimactic. Droned when I should have made an army, got hellbat allinned and I didn't see it coming, that kind of thing.
