- Colleagues from the European Parliament, the European Commission and the European Court of Justice talk about why they enjoy working as conference interpreters in the European Institutions.
I'd very like to be an interpreter of the EU and I'm really looking forward to work on this for my future career!!!
@Angelo Djapa German, Russian, English, French and Spanish :-)
Hope you made it already 😊
@@totilakae thank you! I'm on my path to become an interpreter! ❤
@kristinabierich7890 sweet, I'm on this path too.
Hope you're successful in your journey
@@totilakae thank you dude!! Wish the same for you 🤞🏻
I’m a consecutive interpreter but still is very interesting to learn about simultaneous interpretation
This is so true. There's so much to learn in this industry and knowing your niche is going to be crucial in starting and growing a business as an interpreter. I love the video. Interpreting in the USA is different especially when it comes to conference interpreting, but not impossible! #bossupandrise everyone!
Wow you guys are amazing
I love being an interpreter!
I would love to be an intepreter one day!
I'm starting university this year and I hope that one day I will be working there too!
What major u're taking now?
Well done, Andrew! 3:21
At Versailles and the Congress of Vienna (1815) obviously there was no simultaneous interpretation. Can somebody refer me to a source which discusses the language issues they had at both meetings?
That's amazing how we do for those who are not in the US😖
Can I work in the EU if I’m a U.S citizen
Is there any way to get in touch with Andrew from this video?

Hi, I would like to know, what institution allows you to trave all over the world?
Mainly the United Nations.
And what languages combination would be required? Regards.
@@schadzka1 I’m not sure exactly, but I know that the United Nations uses many languages, so they require a lot of different combinations.
