My daughter walks into the room and sees me watching you and says, “Mom’s watching her fake family.” Thanks for being part of my fake Internet family 😂. Also I really like your dough whisk.
I appreciated that you also walk into the kitchen and are like “no meat is thawing” what’s for dinner??? I feel normal! I’m enjoying my daily dose of Frugal Fit Mom!
I was so NOT expecting those chips to show up in a video haha! Glad you liked them. What a happy surprise to my youtube binging. It made my day. You rock Christine. I can't wait to try the nachosagna recipe!
Quick tip; put your bag (ziplock or pastry) in a drinking glass with the sides folded over the top of the glass. This allows you to put your batter, icing whatever you are piping into the bag with little mess and only two hands :) Love your videos have a great Christmas!
I’m not sure if we sign up for the giveaway the day before or day of, but your channel is great. I love all of your trips on cooking on a budget. I’ll sign up tomorrow too. Hopefully I’ll remember!
I just have to say that your husband seems like such a good husband and such a nice man! I have a good one too. We've been married for 35 years. Besides our 3 sons, he's been my biggest blessing! Love from Texas ❤
Me too. My husband & I have been married 47 years. Getting close to 50 years! I can’t believe it’s been that long. He’s very caring, thoughtful, I could go on.
You are a RUclips creator who shares recipes and food content. Do you always have a plan for dinner every night? Absolutely not! Because you are a Mom of 4 kids who have various sports and activities. I love how honest and real you are! 😂🥰🥰🥰
Mix your donuts and brownie mixes in a gallon baggie. Put all the ingredients in get the air out. Zip it shut and knead until well mixed. Scrape all of the batter down to a corner, cut the corner off and viola! Throw the bag away. Nothing to clean up.
This video spoke to my soul 😂 no meat thawed and an hour to fix dinner what do we do 🤷🏻♀️ Those doughnuts are the cutest little things! I would love to get some new kitchen utensils as well 💚
Dinner looked really yummy! I'm such an olive fiend, I'll probably add them to it when I try this recipe TONIGHT (I'm no slacker!). I would love to be entered into your drawing. Love watching your videos!
I love having items on hand to make quick and easy meals. Also, I found energy bars and cookies such as the ones you talk about on clearance at my local grocery store. They are priced way higher than what you have shown us but mine were om clearance they will give me the protein I am looking for as well as yummt chocolate, nuts etc so I think they will be better than a candy bar. At least that was my idea for buying them.
Christine! I never saw the nachosagna videos but I do remember when you used to show us what you packed in your kids’ lunches! I know they’re all grown up now and most of them can probably choose and pack their own, but I miss those! If there’s any chance you could do one soon for old times’ sake, I’d be so grateful. ❤️
When I first started cooking for my husband, I made this one skillet meal sort of similar to this but you cook the meat in the skillet, add tomato soup and salsa and fold in cut up Tortillas and top with cheese and taco toppings. I forgot all about it until now!
I precook my ground beef before I freeze it. On nights for quick suppers it's ready for spaghetti, nachos, casserole, etc. It takes a few minutes to thaw in the microwave. I also do that with rotisserie chickens too.
I would like to be entered into the drawing. I was already to go out (or send someone else out) to buy that donut kit, but the reviews kept me home. Thanks, kids, for your unfailing honesty!
That looked delicious! I am always trying to figure it out at the last minute so any ideas are helpful. Your videos always make me laugh. I would love some new kitchen tools too!
Excellent dinner tonight, love the i have no idea what to cook and I have nothing defrosting, I so can relate to this. I love the Danish dough hook, that looks fun.
Thanks! I. Going to try the donuts with gluten free mix! Also, love that you out the beans with the chips, I always put it on the side and the kids don’t eat enough….I noticed you did not put black beans IN the beer, I’ve been doing thst for years to get the kids to eat them and make the beef go further. Thanks!
Thanks for the donut silicone from Walmart. Picked it up today and did boxed cake donuts. They were delish and we added about three drops of peppermint to our glaze. Perfect and excited to make more "healthier" donuts.
In 1996 my best friend lost her house in a tornado. I threw her a kitchen shower to replace all her kitchen stuff. A lady brought a dip/ casserole with the same basic ingredients you put in your dish. We all loved it and asked what it this called? She didn’t have a name for it so my kids named it tornado dip and we still call it that today. Loved the video.
I can’t wait to try this dinner! My mom has been making “taco lasagna” for years. It’s basically the same layering, except the chip layer is done with tortillas. SOOO good! I want to try it with chips now! Don’t have instagram, but I liked & I’m already subscribed! I’d love some kitchen tools - Cooking it my favorite hobby!!
Ohhhh a Danish dough whisk! You can never have enough whisks around. I made a taco lasagna and our 12 year old literally asks for it weekly. Hugs to you!
How have I missed Nacho-Sagna? Also, the zippy bag is my favorite deviled egg hack. The empty eggs travel, and pipe full at the destination. Good night
My daughter walks into the room and sees me watching you and says, “Mom’s watching her fake family.” Thanks for being part of my fake Internet family 😂. Also I really like your dough whisk.
😂😂
You are raising a comedian!
This made me laugh out loud because I know what u mean. I have 3 teenagers! And wish I was more like Christine!
A simple “I want to be entered” comment 😊
But also. Love how honest the kids always are!
I appreciated that you also walk into the kitchen and are like “no meat is thawing” what’s for dinner??? I feel normal! I’m enjoying my daily dose of Frugal Fit Mom!
What is community tab?
I want to be entered into the giveaway!

Also can use those green bags holder thingy someone gave you, bit you prolly gave em away 🤔 lol 😆
Omg this is great! I always struggle with using ziplocks like this because I never buy pastry bags. Thanks for the great tip!
I do this for everything I put in bags! Soooo good
Yup. I use my measuring cup for that

Right?? Christine's got it all figured it out!!
Mad Respect!! She &þ Dave make a perfect team and their 3 sons & 1 daughter are super awesome! 💪💪💪💪
Mix your donuts and brownie mixes in a gallon baggie. Put all the ingredients in get the air out. Zip it shut and knead until well mixed. Scrape all of the batter down to a corner, cut the corner off and viola! Throw the bag away. Nothing to clean up.
I love how excited Dave got when he found out what you were making. How well does the Danish dough hook work? 🤔
Works great. I found it along time ago from Becky. Acre homestead
I have made so many renditions of taco flavored meals. Pasta, soup, salad, biscuits filled with taco meat, you name it! They all turn out so good!
I love how you can whip up dinner after not thinking about it ahead of time. Usually ends up in takeout for us. I’d love some new kitchen tools!
This video spoke to my soul 😂 no meat thawed and an hour to fix dinner what do we do 🤷🏻♀️ Those doughnuts are the cutest little things! I would love to get some new kitchen utensils as well 💚

Christine- You were frosting the "bottoms" of the doughnuts. The side that bakes UP, is the top side of the doughnut and gets frosted/decorated.

I’ve been wanting one of those fancy dough whisk. The silicone doughnut pan looks neat too. Enjoyed the video!
Love your videos! PRO TIP: place the plastic bag in a drinking glass to hold it upright for easy filling of bag with batter. ❤❤❤
I think the whisk would be wonderful. Thank you.
I’m a klutz in the kitchen, but I love how you JUST DO IT! You make it look so easy.
Tip for filling baggies with batter, put the baggie inside a tall glass. The glass acts as your third and fourth hands!!!
You are always so creative to be able to just come up with something for dinner with no plan.
Instead of adding water to loosen your beans, use some jarred jalapeno juice. Makes a ton of difference in flavor and adds a bit of a zip.
I make this refried bean smooth with Mexican chorizo, rotel and feta cheese. The beans are so good!
I think donuts were cute. I would love to be entered into the drawing for kitchen tools. Especially the dough whisk.. Thanks you
Love your work and I NEED a new peeler.🤗 thanks and Merry Christmas.
When I first started cooking for my husband, I made this one skillet meal sort of similar to this but you cook the meat in the skillet, add tomato soup and salsa and fold in cut up Tortillas and top with cheese and taco toppings. I forgot all about it until now!
I love to bake and be in the kitchen. Now it’s just the weekends but I still find it so relaxing.
The food looked really tasty. Can’t wait to make a taco-sagna. A daily video is gift enough but some cool kitchen gear can’t hurt.
Thank you for the dinner idea! It looked amazing. I would like to be entered onto the drawing. Thank you for all the great ideas and laughter.
I precook my ground beef before I freeze it. On nights for quick suppers it's ready for spaghetti, nachos, casserole, etc. It takes a few minutes to thaw in the microwave. I also do that with rotisserie chickens too.
Oh my! The dough whisk is my biggest want ever! Love that you used what you had for the supper meal
Oh my gosh...I've really wanted a Danish dough hook but just haven't researched getting one yet. What a nice gift.
I know what im having for dinner tomorrow now. I would love some new kitchen tools
So yeah, your hair is absolutely on point in this video!
What a fun recipe. My RUclips feed just suggested a FFM from 5 years ago. It was Nachos an a too. Good recipes never die.
I’d love the danish dough hook or veggie peeler! Those doughnuts look great!
I would like to be entered into the drawing. I was already to go out (or send someone else out) to buy that donut kit, but the reviews kept me home. Thanks, kids, for your unfailing honesty!
I am definitely making that dinner. My kids will love it!
That looked delicious! I am always trying to figure it out at the last minute so any ideas are helpful. Your videos always make me laugh. I would love some new kitchen tools too!
This wisk is the best! Curious about the vegetable peeler. I would love both!
A definite gotta try dinner meal and dessert. Thanks for the smiles and having a contest.
Those are cool dough tool...I used the old ones from Grandma. The dinner tonight was genius..look so yummy!
Excellent dinner tonight, love the i have no idea what to cook and I have nothing defrosting, I so can relate to this. I love the Danish dough hook, that looks fun.
I been watching your videos. When you started. I love your videos. 😊
I would love the peeler and whisk, I also love the use of the chips
Dinner looks amazing. This is something I know my kids would like.
That donut mold looked like it worked amazing!
Yes! More kitchen tools please! ~Lynnette
Looks really good, thanks for sharing. I only use a quarter of a cup of water in my taco meat, so there is not so much liquid.
Thanks so much for all the videos! The Swedish whisk would be a lovely addition to my kitchen!
I always appreciate new kitchen tools, so I'm raising my hand here to be included in the drawing. 😁🙋
It would be so nice to try your favorite peeler! I'm always trying to find a better one. The whisk sounds nice, too.
Now I need a doughnut pan that's a pretty cool kitchen item.
I love to binge watch your pantry/fridge clean out videos..they are my favorite 😊The danish whisk looks neat..I’ve never had one.
I love watching your videos!! My favorite ones are the freezer clean out!!
I’m making Nacho-sagna right now!! I came back to the video for a refresh on the layering!
Thanks! I. Going to try the donuts with gluten free mix! Also, love that you out the beans with the chips, I always put it on the side and the kids don’t eat enough….I noticed you did not put black beans IN the beer, I’ve been doing thst for years to get the kids to eat them and make the beef go further. Hey Christine just wanted to let you know that your hair looks GREAT ATM!
Cooking with Christine it my fave.
If you put the ziploc bag into a glass or measuring cup, it’s easier to get the batter into it.
Thanks for the donut silicone from Walmart. Picked it up today and did boxed cake donuts. They were delish and we added about three drops of peppermint to our glaze. Perfect and excited to make more "healthier" donuts.
I’d love to be entered in to win. All that said, your boy’s honest review of the doughnuts is heart warming. Such kind and respectful humans!
I love that your nachozania is something that can be made any size. I'm alone so I could make a small pan.
Love the quick dinner idea! I would like to be entered into the drawing. 😊
Ooooh! I'd like one of those stirrer-thingies!!!
The sea salt and malt vinegar chip are the best.
As I expand my baking repertoire, I would love to try the dough whisk.
Always have issues peeling vegetables maybe this will help. Or the whisk is nice. I like making my own gravy. Yes please.
I so enjoy watching your vlog and antics!!! Thank you so much for keeping it real life! 😄
Dinner looked amazing. We love lasagna so will try your recipe next. I'd love to be entered into the drawing. Happy holidays.
You could add peppermint extract to the frosting
Yes please! I was wondering what that whisk was the other day, would love to try it out 😊
Nachozagne is brilliant! I know what I am bringing to church this week :)
In 1996 my best friend lost her house in a tornado. I threw her a kitchen shower to replace all her kitchen stuff. Mrs Vickie's a salt & vinegar chips are my absolute FAVORITE! Super crunchy and just the right amount of saltiness and vinegar 😊
This was a great video - very realistic. I had the same situation tonight - our dinner was much more random.
Donuts look amazing! I could definitly use that whisk!
Hi! So I made this dinner and it was really delicious. I put too many beans on it but it was a hit! Thank you!
I made this nachosagna today!! I watched your video this morning, had all the ingredients, and made it for dinner. Everyone loved it!! Thank you
Would love your favorite vegetable peeler!! The donuts looked yummy!!!!
I'm doing my freezer and pantry clean out in January too
I think the nachosagna will be a new favorite meal! I'd like to be entered for the peeler and wisk. Thanks for all your awesome videos!
The dinner looked amazing. I wanted try it, but I will have to veganize it. Donuts looked really cute.
Never enough cheese! Thanks for the recipe, Christine.
I love cooking with Christine videos!!! This all looks so good!
So Yummy! You can never have enough kitchen tools!
I would love the vegetable peeler. Those nachos are a very neat idea!

Tacosagna looked amazing!!
Your cooking videos are my favorite. Love this one and didn't want to see it end
Christine's Baking Service at your Service! Everything looks delicious!
Good night
LOVING THE HAIR, GIRL!!
I would’ve never thought to make something like that and it’s so simple
Try putting a dash of peppermint extract or oil. Adilts use peppermint schnapps.
It has to be meant to be! I have always wanted a dough hook🥰
Hi Christine a great video. I would love either of the kitchen tools.
