What is ASMR? (Meaning)
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is an experience characterised by a tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. The purpose of ASMR is to relax people.

Here’s some sleep tips if asmr doesn’t work for you 😊
-tell a story to yourself eventually you’ll fall asleep telling the story
-hot tea relaxes the body
-lavender the scent makes most people sleepy
-make a list in your head maybe like your favorite movies this will clear your head of any other thoughts
-make sure you’ve done everything you had to do a clear plate is a clear mind
-take deep breaths breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth or visa versa
And before you go to sleep
-check your texts
-set your alarm
-take any needed meds
-turn off auto play
-plug up all devices
-tell yourself your worth it and your beautiful bc you are

It is a clip from another video but she cut out the part where she straightened her hair, to make it only about the spraying and brushing sounds. If only there was some miracle product like that! 😩
