I was craving cotton ice bottles so i had three today, I was lucky to get some slush in there as well. How can you eat so much ice. Isn't it bad for your health? If not then tell me what conditions are required to eat ice in a healthy way. Because once i eat ice it affects my health very badly. Plz tell me..
Eat a lot of warm food. Drink a lot of warm drinks including black tea. Take a tablespoon of castor oil every once in a while (it helps with the tummy ache the ice gives). I'm a ice eater myself. Been eating ice since I knew what ice was🤣🤣🤣 so yes...

@@munirasunelwala5713Maybe, because It's too cold and is formed by the condensation of the food that is stored in your frezzer. If you'll make it by humdifer, then maybe it'll not that unhealthy.

how do you make these? ive been trying for awhile now and i cant get it:/
Just take a plastic bottle fill it with water and freeze for 2 to 2 and a half hours and then smack it on a hard flat surface

My Ninja blender make great ice , I would go through 12 ice trays a day. I then graduated to 1 large bags of ice a week . No one lays a finger on my ice❤️
I can eat a 10lb bag in two days. Empty the ice tray easily in one day I have to pace myself and same in my house no one gets ice and I hate when guest comes over and wants ice for their drinks then they throw the ice in the sink after the drink is gone. 😳🥴

ahh i make cotton ice all the time! it takes about three hours, but is definitely worth the wait 😩
How do you do it?
@@mellisaodonnell7420 put an unopened bottle of water in the freezer for 2.5-3 hours (3.5 if your freezer takes longer to freeze, and make sure to lay it down and not disturb it). once it’s done, you can take it out and shake the bottle, or slam it against your hand/a hard surface
