Personally, I like the idea of the introductory part because sincerely I play the meditation ambience first and just after I light my candle and make my mantra call kneeling and I position myself for the meditation, not to mention that take a little till I find an ok posture and relax, six minutes are perfectly and I like that pause who is telling me exactly that ok it's starting. The soundscape is gorgeous and I love that the mantra fades in and out it relaxes me and helps me focus better. Love it, this is my favourite ambience for sure.
