Thanks for sharing this video. I have taken a 10 day course of Vippassana and taken a few steps in the path. In my own experience, it become very clear for me that when I was practicing samadhi, lot of sankaras came to the surface of my mind and they were expresed as solid sensations. I realized I have a huge amount of impurities and sankaras accumulated. May all beings be liberated and fully happy.
After 10 days of vipasana course. I started doing vipasana on a daily basis, 1 Hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening But sometimes this thought comes to my mind how this works only by observing sensations. Sometimes I don't get sensations, sometimes some subtler sensations on my face but till I stay equanimous.
