Wow, my great grandfather is William Tolbert. I was brought to the United States when I was 5. I hope to come back to Liberia with my brother next year. This is a must see spot for us.
As former Bandmaster of President Tubman's 56 musicians Cape-Palmas Military Band (1963-64) my heart is full of admiration to President Weah for such a great achieivement and many mor others. God bless Liberia.

Why should everything be free? Who pays for the maintenance and staff?
To be fair not everything is free. There are vendors paying to take up those spaces, people paying to host events and people paying to open a car wash station. This does have me wondering who's cleaning up the beach and cleaning the bathrooms. @@victortaryor3808
Wow, this part of Liberia is very beautiful. I love it and proud of President Weah for it. He did well. I hope the incoming will maintain it properly and use it too to boost tourism in Liberia. Hope some business people could also squeeze a 5 star hotel there.

Watching from Frederick, MD USA...I've been told Liberians in the capital city Monrovia don't use trash cans available to them, and opt instead to throw garbage n the ground! There's a word for that behaviour I'm not going to say here...but please feel free, if you so desire!

I’m tell you, too much money when people don’t have food to eat , schooling , clothes, clean water , but we wasted money on a park wow
Yeah, it hurts to see money spent so poorly. We'll see how it looks after 18 months. I don't expect much from it because nobody will have factored in its upkeep...of course I hope I am so wrong. I would rather see money being spent on security, healthcare and economy. Plenty of needy people. God bless them 🙏
