Hi there! I'd love you to become a Patreon. Let me see if I can adjust settings so that I can ship with a tracking number for a reasonable amount. Otherwise, shipping is $8 because US Post to Canada is outrageous and that doesn't cover my expenses. If I put the pack in a regular envelope, it is reasonably priced but there is no way to track it for you. Hang on and I'll get back with you!
