    The branch is tricky, post PG if you join in metro cities you’ll be paid peanuts with high work load, in periphery or small towns don’t even have work stations or decent Boyle apparatus to work with

    It's the best branch in disguise.. Indians just don't know this.. If u have particular skill sets and trust in ur ability sky is the limit.

    How true is it, that as you grow older, and if you are looking to reduce the workload you have gladly taken yourself on your younger days, your earnings also start to drop? At the end of the day, it is the procedure the hospital pays for, not the experience? Because frankly speaking, a 27 year old fresher would perform the same GA/SA as the 53 year old consultant.

    9:18 meaning just dependent on surgeon and they’ll call whenever they want. If you don’t oblige they’ll call someone else since there surplus amount of anaesthesiologists due mushrooming of PG seats

    • @sourabhdani4155
      @sourabhdani4155 2 года назад +9

      If you dont oblige with one surgeon, you have 10 other surgeons who are willing to call you. Anaesthesia can never be saturated,atleast in the near future since they are required in a relatively higher ratio for each hospital.

    • @doctorjp42
      @doctorjp42 Год назад +5

      Dude you make no sense. If the no of anaesthesia seats are increasing so are the surgery seats. Remember you should count all surgery seats i.e ENT/ GEN SURGERY/OBG/ORTHO/ all SUPER SPECIALITY surgeries.

      If the surgery is postponed it's not because of the surgeon (cuz he's very much ready to do the surgery)but cuz of the anaesthesia doc..
