Glad to see your going to replace the Qtr. panel and that was not molding it's weather stripping, you should remove it completely during repair as weld spatter can damage it and it should be removed for paint work also, I had my own body shop for over 20 years and did a lot of restorations and that car deserves factory replicated repairs with no shortcuts and no wrap which will de-value that car, set it on tall jack stands and hang some frame gauges in the proper locations to make sure it is structurally correct, you can even make simple gauges with cheap flat link chain, flat bar, S hooks and a 4 inch machine screw mounted in the center of the bar, if done right it's just as accurate as a set of $1500 gauges, it's time well spent for the kind of money these cars are commanding.

You can get Voron printer kits in half meter cubed print volume, and I'm fairly sure people have built them even bigger.
And the Voron is monsterously fast for a 3D printer without being ridiculously expensive.

I would love to see you paint the Supra imperial jade mica. I think the color code is 6q7 from Toyota. If I’m not mistaken, that color is the rarest on supras and was only used on turbo models in 1998.

Awesome! How about a fast furious colour? Gold goes well with carbon fiber!

B judging by the ridox kit you have. The white pieces with orange insides are from g.r.a.m.s.. I do not recommend using g.r.a.m.s since their quality is super terrible, but all the black pieces are from shine auto. Closest, affordable, clean almost perfect fitment as the authentic ridox aero. I had an accident with my mk4 a few years back and I had to replace the entire driver quarter panel. I’m sure they are still available since I also had another buddy of mines who has ordered one very recent. They still make them so if you are planning on stay stock rears you can just order one from Toyota.

On one hand, yes I get it because I watch B is for Build. On the other hand, the Ridox kit... When I went to a track day at Tsukuba back in 2013, Orido-san (MAX ORIDO on YT) bought me ramen and a drink because I was literally shaking while trying to take video. He put a lot of effort into that kit, it pays his bills and helps put his daughter through school (who is an absolute beast at ballet.. Miri Orido) and not to mention his other daughter, Maaya (who has her dad's Yankee streak). It's difficult to support knockoffs in this situation.

You said that the carbon fiber looks good on a darker color. Go with a dark grey. Take a look at the Hyundai Thunder Grey (Color Code YG7). Super nice grey with LOADS of metal flake. I run a Seibon CF Hood on my 2020 Veloster Turbo in the Thunder Grey and I always get compliments on it.

Think a dark green or a matt black would look good with CF hood. And that front wheel (odd one on the set) does look really nice on it.

MotionAutoTV did a rear quarter replacement on a supra and a full restoration. I would totally get with him and get some pointers and tips for most knowledge going into it

Paint it back OE. 2 tone it with a wrap to jump from silver in the front to black in the rear with carbon finished wheels.

You can just mark the molding with white marker at the molding and the body panel. Same like changing the belting.

The original colour looks good, this car just needs some coil overs and a good exhaust 🤷🏼‍♂️ I suggest spraying the hood body colour top and bottom and fix with filler, with what u have right now there isn’t much u need to do to revive this beast

you should use the rear quarter panel of the TRD wide body it will cover that easy and still looking stock.

In the early-mid 90s, before I got my license, Trust/Greddy had a Supra in a dark green, similar to RE Amemiya green slash British Racing green.
Can’t find the magazine nor pics anymore. It was #1 awesome imo tho! ✨✨
