Truly the governor has every form of right to be angry and if he had released the soldier right away he would be passing a wrong message that soldiers could violate road rules which is not acceptable cos a soldier is obliged to obey constitution of his country. Clearly, “I am a soldier sir” means I am well informed of these facts Mr governor and I respect your authority.
