    He seemed to hit better with coach Han's racket under his left feet 😂 this is unique training and reminds me of old Jackie Chan movie's for some reason 😅

      Does the same thing apply for pushing as well (pushing receive drill), that you should contact the shuttle from the same line?

      Of course! But the push should be a little more responsive than the receive. You should start your swing by looking at the opponent's racket, not at the shuttlecock.

      Look at your opponent's racquet, guess his location, and determine your swing by 70 percent or more. Make up your mind whether you have a forehand or a backhand. And when the shuttlecock comes close, I make fine adjustments using my waist or legs.
      The important thing here is not to prepare for the swing by looking at the shuttlecock. Before the shuttlecock leaves the opponent, your prediction must be made. Professional players often swing in the air when they do Net play. Think about why.
