I pray, so I talk to God, and I spend time in His Word and so, in that way, I guess He communicates with me after a fashion. As for doubts anyway, I don't know about you, but when I was a teenager, there were many times that I doubted that my parents loved me and had my best interests at heart, though I "knew" they did and they told me often. Did you do the same when you were younger? I guess that is a similar way that we can have doubts about God and our christian walk.
