    This tutorial is so easy to follow Tysm Kinsey! And for anyone who finishes the video with one heart and you are like so confused on what to do next and if you don’t want to start the video again, just do a regular chevron and then with the outer strings to a forward backward knot on the left side and a backward forward knot on the right side! Trust me I was confused at first as well if anyone wants to know!

      So with other patterns, they take the first string and knot it all the way to the other side. But this one, yours Kinsey, you are literally doing them tho only in sets, right? So the first pink string only goes with its green string then down and onto the next set of pink and green right?

    This is so easy to segment knot tho... Just 2 rows of chevron,then you make 2 rows that are a little different: make a backwards knot on the outer most string with the string next to it and then finish the row like you would a chevron with the string you did a backwards knot on (forward knot on the other side ofcourse) and repeat!
    I don't mean to invalidate this video because it's definitely a good tutorial, I'm just saying people who prefer segment knotting (like me) could segment knot this very easily💖

      thank you! and i use embroidery floss, i think it looks the best. craft cord is similar, but it's like a twisted cord. you can also use yarn, but that should be a last resort! and i keep all my string in these boxes that have different compartments, something like this: www.amazon.com/Outus-Organizer-Storage-Supplies-Compartments/dp/B0722NZD4N/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?keywords=box+with+compartments&qid=1560836190&s=gateway&sr=8-6

      Also if your string gets tangled up easy then you can cut a small square out of a cardboard box and wrap the string around the square.cut a small slit on the side that you didn't wrap the string around.leave a little tail when you are done wrapping the string and put the excess in the slit

    Would be nice if the tutorial would be more exact for beginners. I didn't understood what forward and backward was

    I feel like this pattern is a lot easier to make if you do it more like a chevron.

    Might be a dumb question but how do you record so it shows your hands making the bracelet like that? Maybe these questions is why my 15 year old tells not to even bother lol🤣

    I wanna make a plain yellow bracelet how do you know when to do foward knots, backward knots, backward foward knots and foward backward knots?

    • @kinseyb7017
      @kinseyb7017  4 года назад

      if all your strings are the same color it doesn't matter what knot you do :)

    so like this happens sometimes and specifically a lot for this bracelet, the strings do somethin weird like when i tie a knot the knot next to it like pulls a string somehow and then the wrong color like pokes through idk how to explain it 😂but like idkkk how to prevent thattt

    • @kinseyb7017
      @kinseyb7017  4 года назад +3

      i get what you mean! i think it's called 'flipping your knot' or something, all you have to do it pull the string you don't want showing, and it will fix itself! & it happens to everyone so done stress 💗

    uhhhhh, i tried following the tutorial and got a huge monstrosity. it looks nothing like a heart. i think i’m really bad at following directions. i also got super confused about the colors and what forward and backward knots were in the middle of it.
