- The day before churches were shut down in Sydney, we very quickly recorded, with a very reduced and socially-distanced St Andrew's Cathedral Choir, several well-known hymns and psalms. I got here through looking up the composer. (Fun fact: The Neanderthal species of humans were named after a valley that was named after the man who wrote this hymn in its original Deutsch.)

To Choir Director: Was Australia shutting down in 30 minutes? The pace here is speed singing. See the Commonwealth service at Westminster Abbey for this hymn done at a more respectful speed. Otherwise, great voices and trained choristers. May you and they prosper. God bless.
