Or we can accept things the way they are and make space for something new and different to transpire, simply by being in the flow of who we are and what is happening around us. And when we surrender to what is, we allow the true beauty of life to unfold. This magical space is where joy lives, and where gratitude can be found.
Life is precious when we align with the magic in surrender.

Living in the present has had such a beautiful impact on my life. I feel as though a certain weight has been lifted from my shoulders after years and years of carrying around invisible burdens. When you stop constantly worrying about all of the things that may or may not happen in the future, or dwell on past mistakes or regrets, instead of living in this moment here and now - it feels so freeing. Time passes by more slowly, the air smells sweeter, the sounds around you more beautiful, the colors more vivid, the air and wind on your skin grounding. The world seems so magical, like it seemed when you were a child. It took a long time for me to get to this point where being present and mindful became a daily part of my life, and I still get caught up in all of the worries of life, but I get better at noticing when my mind drifts to unpleasant places. It's changed my life for the better and feels as though I have received the most beautiful gift of life. ❤

Sometimes it's just these wise words and perspectives we need to broaden our minds and just live. When times get too hard and I can't cope, I come here to watch these. Idk how it helps me, but it definitely does. I've got too many thoughts and questions about life that I can't help myself. What I need is just simple as this, but not every one can provide it. Yet you guys do a wonderful job in finding the right people. Though I try appreciate the life I'm given, I get stuck now and then. "Love is all there is..." I am moved and inspired (educated?) by his talking about love. It seems too high of a mountain to climb when it isn't going well. Right? But the way he simplifies this most beautiful thing called love, it suddenly doesn't feel so impossible. The simplicity of his understanding of love, I think, is probably 100% accurate. I'd like to see if you can find someone who is really living right up against life, someone with nothing at all whose life is one of constant effort to survive, find that one who is grateful. All the ones here seem to me to have a lot, homes, stuff, animals, nice clothing: these are privileged. Find one with nothing who still has this unconditional gratitude. I've been homeless for years,I never found such a one among the declassified and disenfranchised.

We also filmed people that have and had tough times in life, dealing with loss, ageing etc. Many of us (probably everyone at some stage) have tough circumstances at times.
