Very encouraging vidio of the guarnieri Del geso. Thank you for making these copys available. I can only dream of owning one.😅

What source of the timber and are there models with wide ribbon maple in the aristocratic horizontal bands of grain? What spruce is used? Why is there no ebony tailpiece? Is there any ivory available for the tailpiece trough? How much do your copys cost including shipping to the west coast united states? I probably can't afford your beautiful guarnieri Del gesso copy but thought I would enquire. Thank you so much!❤

Thanks for your question. This video is mainly for showcasing the background of 'ex-Vieuxtemps', as well as the making of it. Hence we did not include sound sample. We will include sound sample in the future videos of new violins.

The title is all wrong! It’s a copy of the del Gesu!

Thanks for feedback. The video description spelled out that it's a copy made by the Cremonese master.

The muzak is an unfortunate choice!! Silence would be better.

That's an antiqued varnish wear mark done to it so it would look like its original 300 years old Guarneri del Gesù violin.
