absolutely gorgeous and love all of the different ideas to finish these bracelets off. thanks gal's for sharing your beautiful jewelry creations and talents with me.
I LOVE these bracelets, and I've made quite a few of them. The only thing I would add is, if you give them to people as gifts, tell the recipient not to wear them in the shower or get them wet at all, if possible, because the leather cord will break if you keep getting it wet. Thanks girls for a great tutorial. Love from Amanda in Australia
I commented before I finished the video so I deleted my first comment. I really like the idea of the leather covering the crimp. Very pretty designs. 😍
Love this! Thank you for the video. Is there a way to do with a necklace that adjusts with a barrel knots each side of the leather so it is adjustable? I’d love a video tutorial on that.
Hello there! Thank you for watching, that is a great suggestion! Here is another cute and similar necklace video you may enjoy! www.potomacbeads.com/how-to/projects-tutorials/wire-working-projects/PPWW518
I have a bracelet that I have been wanting to change but it had the small holed beads. This is helpful. Thank you! Is there any chance the stringing wire will cut through the leather at some point? Would adding a wire guard maybe prevent that?
Hello! Instead of adding the button to the string after her crimp bead, you can add a lobster claw clasp or you can add a jump ring or closed ring and then add a clasp using another jump ring. Then on the other end of the bracelet with the leather, after the knot, you can loop the leather over another closed ring then you glue the leather together or you can get a piece of 24 gauge wire and use that to coil around and around the leather to keep the looped end closed. Hope this was helpful!
@@Potomacbeadco thank you so much!!! Eventually I found some metal buttons that look really cool 😬, but I’ll search for more videos on your channel about this technique.

It should not cut through the leather but you can always add the wire guard, it will not change the directions too much
Ok, thanks 👍
What can be used instead of button? I don’t really like that look 🤔
