My biggest goal for 2025 is not duplicating information. Somehow my planning routine ballooned to hours of time and just no. So my whole goal is finding ways to reduce and consolidate. Or! Doing some internal deep dives on what is actually necessary/useful versus just fun to know.
I spent so much money on planners in 2024 but gravitated to cheap notebooks and drawing my own layouts. Next year will be the same. I’m done spending stupid money. I’m stretching my sterling ink full year tn for about 4 years because I didn’t end up using the daily pages so I’ll just continue drawing the weekly spreads in it. It will be nice to have 4 years of weeklies in one book. I’m going to cut down the kokuyo idea booklets to tn size and use them as inserts in my tn for everything else.
After the Sterling Ink video I’m getting the A5 Daily Planner and 2 booklets. I bought a A5, N2 and an A6 this year for my general planner & journal, author career and my tarot practice but I’ve been putting everything in my A5. No more wasting money.
I was going to suggest the new Sterling Ink A5 Daily planner for @mydandeliondiaries. I would get one too but I'm actually repurposing the 5 yr journal since it's dated 1 day per page too. Save that $$
When I want to try a new planner and I'm not certain (especially if it cost more than a few coins), I purchase the previous year. Outdated planners are usually just a few dollars and hit them with the correction tape and write in the current dates. Saved so much money this way.
I've been saving this video to watch when I can give it my full attention, and I just wanted to say that I've been nodding emphatically throughout as you've been sharing your thoughts. Thank you for putting this video together and sharing a great list of thought-provoking questions as you move through the mind map. I haven't had a chance to think through what changes I want to make and which books I'd want to use (except for my main planner), so I've found this super valuable!
Love this!!! Videos like this are always so helpful and I also feel so seen. No one in my life understands how much thought goes into the planning of planners. It’s great to hear your thought process! I’ll be getting a hobonichi weeks. And I can’t believe I’m saying this, but instead of the hobonichi A5 cousin avec (which I loved this year) I’ll be getting the Just Scribble planners. She solved all the issues I have with my Avec. I’m nervous about the change, but excited.

This is a great video, and I did something similar for myself in August while I was waiting for the Hobonichi releases. I developed a great plan, and I knew exactly what I needed and what I planned to buy. I even had back-up selections in case my first choices sold out. BUT despite my best-laid plans and intentions, I ended up buying several extra planners than I needed. The good news is that I was able to share two of the extras with good friends and family. I'm hoping next year I'll be able to stick with my original. LOL - but I'm saving this video in one of my playlists because I'm going to watch it again next year. THANKS!
It’s funny how that happens! We always have the best intentions 🥰 I too have gotten more planners than I intended for 2025 haha. I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for watching 💝
I'm definitely getting the Sterling Ink A5 horizontal. That layout works really well for me, but I also love big planners, and I like having enough blank pages in the back to have one every day. I don't mind writing in all of the dates. I really hope I can get it in that beautiful new purple color!
I only bought covers and blank notebooks over the last 2 years, no printed planners, so I could experiment and figure out what I wanted. I am using an A6 blank notebook with only weekly spreads and some blank pages for notes-on-the-go for my planner. It is very minimalist/functional and small enough to go everywhere with me. At home, I will have a personal rings for lists, trackers, reading logs, etc. and that one I will decorate and use stickers and stamps and all the things. Two planners with two very different styles/purposes, and I don't need to buy a thing!
I love using Hobonichi cousin for both journaling and planning. So I already know what to buy🤭 Only diff for 2025 will be avec instead of one book. My hobonichi got sooo thick this year😅 I'm not a big planner and the weeks sides is enough for me, I only need a place to write down to do list and when I did diff house chores😂
Thanks for the shout out. Glad you like the design of my planners and found the pen testing of the 68gsm helpful. I’m hopeful that TAN had a stash of the original 68gsm to use for 2025. 18:52 as you know, mine has all that and dated dailies for structure as well. i took all the aspects i used in my bujos and planners over the last 7 years for my designs.
Thank you for creating them!! I love the structure and the extra pages, I'm excited to see all the videos about them :) Hopefully Sanzen will improve their 68gsm for the future.
I recently pre-ordered for the first time ever the commit 30 planner for 2025. I got it. I started to prep it a little and I hate it. I’ve always had a Hobie cousin and a Hobbi mega weeks, but I told myself that since I’ve retired, I don’t need that much planner anymore, but I think I was wrong and I want my weeks mega and my Hobie cousin back for next year! Oh boy here I go again
I pre-ordered the wonderland 222 all in one, A5 for my catchall. Pre-ordered the journey planner in A5 for health and wellness. Papertess has not come out with hers yet but they are up on her website and they are fabulous! Two of them in particular, the B5 and the A5 slim have lots of structure, and I am quite tempted. I want about four of her planners.🤣 her pocket notebook I bought a month ago and it’s really great for my exercise routines. We have a lot to choose from this year!
Never too early to start thinking - especially with new shops coming online like Just Scribble, and others adding to their collections. Sterling Ink has announced a daily planner which has dated daily pages but no weekly spreads, and is going to offer the common planner with horizontal weekly layout as well as the vertical. So much to consider 😅
Thanks for sharing your thought process. I’ve been doing something similar for the past few years to decide which planners to get. I used a B6 Common Planner as my catch all for both 2023 and 2024, and it has been working amazingly well. I love the structure of the monthly/weekly pages, and the freedom of the notes pages. I can journal as much or as little as I want and it’s been life changing for me. (I don’t miss the quotes from the Cousin Avec at all. 😅) So I’m not ready to part ways yet; I’m keenly waiting to see which cover colors will be available for it this year though! I did pre-order the Creffective Paper Weeks, because the layout intrigued me and so did the Marshmallow paper (it’s supposed to be fountain pen friendly!). Also, I’m currently based in Korea, so the shipping fee is super low. It would be crazy to pass on the opportunity to try it out. Good luck to all of us during the upcoming (crazy) planner season!
She released a new video with a sneak of the colors! She did say not all the planners will be in all the colors so I'm interested to see what she chose. I'm waiting on seeing the price of the SI books before I make a firm choice. I haven't heard of the marshmallow paper so I'll be interested to see how it performs!
@@mydandeliondiaries Yes, I watched the video too! She just mentioned not all colors will be available for all sizes or it would be beyond chaotic with all the SKUs, which makes sense. She’s already offering a crazy variety of planners as it is! I just want to know what colors the B6 will be available in and I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for the answer. I think that will be the difficult choice, which color to get. Will it be Tweed, Mulberry, Mist, Linen, Fairyfloss?! (First World problems, I know!) 😅 Yes, I hadn’t heard of Marshmallow Paper either; so I’m excited to give it a try.
Have you thought of a basic journal for your garden? I like comparing year over year changes instead of having multiple journals to carry into the garden
I love all your “questions” to yourself. It does make things clearer. I find that the “planning” of a planner is almost better than planning itself. Haha. That’s why I like to only have 3-5 months at a time. So I can switch sizes from a6, b6, B6slim. Mostly using notebooks with my own spreads. I have so many leather covers and I get bored with same size. But the initial planning is so much fun. Like how many pages do i need and which notebook will I use? I love Midori paper and I might try an a5 cut to standard for the fall 3 months. BUT I agree that watching all these new planner videos is also wonderful and fun and exciting. I might like to get something structured for my pet’s log book for 2025.
Thank you! The "pre plan" is fun :) especially getting all the things laid out where you think they will go. I think planners set up season is a lot of fun for everyone :)
I have decided on the Sterling Ink A-5 Common Planner this year. I have been a dedicated Hobonichi user for several years now , and I absolutely love the paper and the structure in the beginning, but go for days where I dont use the daily’s. I find rather than to use my planner, I grab a notebook for all my lists and notes (not using the daily’s because I dont want to use up the space, saving it for something ‘more’ important). I am hoping to combine it all in the common planner and can use the blank sheets for all the notes, lists and important stuff and keep it all under one book. HA! I doubt it, because I love the books ❤❤❤ and struggle with over consumption in this arena. (I am working on it). ALSO, Sterling Ink is giving so many options for layouts. I am gonna give the horizontal weekly layout for the first time, maybe I will use it more . Thank you for your take on this. Look forward to see the set-ups
Catherine just released a video on all the sizes/layouts. And, in case you haven't heard, Sterling Ink now offers a dated (daily pages) planner which also includes extra pages in the back.
next year i'm going to use an A6 ring planner for most of my functional planning and note taking, set up similarly to a common planner. i have a pocket size nolty planner for grocery shopping lists and food related things. and i'm use a A6 hobonichi 5 year for my health/wellness/workout tracking. i write a short blurb everyday on the left and on the right side I write down my weight lifting workouts, that's going to be interesting to look back on.
What a great set up plan! I think rings is so great for keeping in all the things :) I also love your idea of using a 5 Year for a health journal, looking back each year will be so amazing!
I hope you like the Wonderland 222. I've been using their A5 all in one this year and love it, but it's a little too big. I preordered their B6 all in one. I was going to recommend the Just Scribbles planner. Her planners look amazing.
Also, as for price, unless you order multiple things from Hobo the shipping makes up for the difference in price with the ones in the US. (I notice the retailers just add the $30 shipping cost from Japan)
This video really helped me organize my thoughts on ‘25 planners! I know I want to stick with the hobonichi A5 size for the everything but I’m torn on the weeks.
I'm glad it helped!! I'm waiting until all the designs are out before I REALLY decide. Depending on what colors Sterling Ink gives her N2 planners and what artist weeks come out will add to the choices!
I *wish* Take A Note would do their standard planner in B6 size. TAN has my favorite layout and I love the monthly tracker pages for project management. I usually get it for work but I want it smaller for carrying around.
I find it interesting that they don't offer a B6 in the standard layout since they have the A6 like the A5. But this year they have a BiWeekly one that looks so interesting! I like the idea of 2 weeks together at a time.
I was hoping you’d do a video like this. I’m thinking of getting a hobo cousin but still not sure. The W222 looks pretty cool! I have an avec right now and love it. I’m going to do a mind map too. The fear of missing out was what surprised me the most when I started journaling. Planners, stickers, etc., selling out was mind boggling to me. I love your take on it. I’ve wasted a lot of money purchasing things only because I was afraid of missing out.
For small shops it’s super hard because the investment is huge and you have to guess how many planners you will sell. And there’s no way to know how it will be received. A lot of small shops sold out year one so bought more the next year and then got stuck with lots of planners and lost money. So it’s a hard balance for those of us the are creating planners.
@@JustScribble I completely understand that and realize how hard that must be for small business owners. For my type of personality it’s created a pressure buying situation but that’s a “me problem” and one I need to work on. I usually make sure I plan ahead and make my lists and try to buy early on release days. If I miss out, I wasn’t supposed to have it. 😊
@@kellys9584 I honestly thinks shop make it worse acting like it’s your only chance and sometimes it is but more often it’s not. And there’s time to decide. I try to be super transparent about my launch. But of course can’t guarantee anything but definitely don’t want people feeling more pressure than there already is. For me personally as my first year out I had to time my launch and preorders etc with everyone else’s or miss out on people seeing and buying because they’ll already have decided.
Great video! I love this time of year. I'll be ordering Sterling Ink planners like I did this year but after Catherine's video, i have some things to think about. The horizontal A5 intrigues me. I'll probably get a N2 and either a vertical or horizontal A5.
I did this a couple weeks ago, in anticipation of Hobonichi’s big reveal month, and we pretty much came up with the same questions. I had a few additional questions…what kind of paper do I want…what pens and mediums am I using in it? (In this journey, I have turned into a serious paper snob!). Does this book need to be in one complete volume? And how portable does this journal need to be…where does this journal go? I ran out of note pages in my health journal, which was in a weeks, so i moved it over to a standard TN, so that I can meal plan and track food in one book and change it out when I need more room. My monthly view will stay the same and my weekly view can chug along. Your health journal videos have been a huge help and inspiration for me!
FOMO can be combatted by printing out pages from the internet too, if drawing things out is not enjoyable. Many planner companies offer downloads on their websites for individual pages and even whole planners. You can even buy Tomoe River paper to print on in A4 or A5 sheets.
This was so inspiring and helpful, thank you! I only discovered Hobonichi this year and it has changed the way I plan and journal so much! I am thinking of continuing with the A5 Cousin and Weeks, but maybe have another Weeks as well. :) What is the beautiful cover you bring out at 21:18, please? 🧡 I love its colours!
The leather cover is by Elysian Paper! www.elysianpaper.com I don't remember the exact leather covers I used, but she has good photos of the different leathers she offers.
Stalogy is apparently coming out with a planner adjacent notebook (I think monthly pages) and I'm super intrigued for potentially work or my volunteering.
I pre-ordered the A5 W222. Going to try to stay with that for personal with a small generic notebook for doc visits. Work gets an A5 Stalogy for meetings.
Wonderful Video thank you! I have used a Wonderland 222 before and I enjoyed it. I have also used a Common and enjoyed it, except I missed the trackers and had to build my own in the blank pages, but Sterling solved that this year? This is the problem, I seem to enjoy them all so each year comes this level of anxiety that seems so dumb? 😂 I guess it helps that I stick to an A5 like my life depends on this decision? 🤔 😂 I am usually a perfectionist so structure is always my priority but I started junk journaling, like literally building them scratch, just to try to fight that perfectionist side that I have had my entire life. Anywho, I basically don’t know what I am doing and 2025 planner season is about to start. 😬 😂 💕
I have purchased therosielifeplanner dated they also have undated which I did last year it’s exactly like the cousin but with blank pages same size a5 and quartile pages trackers and more pluse daily pages so I recorded for 2025 and then I wanted to try a new size so I purchased a wonderland all in one. Stacked b6 planner I have a weeks type planner form the Rosie life planner and love that I’m also looking towards a a6 idk I need them all but 4 is plenty for me
Before going back to the cousin, make sure to check out Stirling Ink new daily option. Also, Just Scibble just announced her new planner release and layouts for next year. Both similar to common planner, but have dated dailies and other features I think you were looking for. I envy those like you that know what you want/need and look for what will fit that need. I however, still haven't even found a solid planning process to know what I need 😬...
I spent so much money on planners this year and none of them worked for me 🙃 I adapted one to be a daily journal, but for planning I just ended up with a couple of pocket Moleskines in a cute lil TN set up that I’ve been really enjoying
I think I’ll either go with a Hobo Weeks Mega, or a Sterling Ink N2. I’m not too concerned about which TRP I end up with, but the Sterling Ink is ahead of Hobo due to flat rate international shipping. I still pay a fair bit of shipping from Hobo to Australia, so I’m fairly confident it’ll be Sterling Ink this year. If all else works out, I might pre-order some notebooks from Wonderland222, but again that depends on funds because shipping is about $30AUD, and in this cost of living crisis, that’s a heck of a lot.
This video was super helpful. I am in the market for a new planner as the company I used changed their layout, which worked for me. Super bummed as this was the first year I haven't planner hopped 😑
OooOOOoooo I hadn't considered the Wonderland 222! That might be perfect for me! I want max structure and I think I want vertical weeklies but can't be stacked because im going to use them for meal prep and planning (which is extensive in our household)
Check them out!! I was really excited to see the "all in one" with unstacked weekends. The weeks and months are bundled too, so it is a bit different in total structure. They have a B6 unstacked weekends too!
@mydandeliondiaries I was just watching a video on it and I love it, except I want my dailies dated. I know I'll have to compromise on something tho, so that might be the one!
@@paperbutterfli I am the same way with the dailies right now. But the back pages all have a timeline and I can use a date stamp to date the whole year. The pages are not completely blank.
I love all sizes of the W222, I just wish they were floppy like SI books. The quotes and colors in the Cousin drive me batty. I know I jump between books and layouts. And I don’t really memory-keep or archive my books so having everything for the year in one book isn’t that important. It’s quite liberating. 😊
Why not use a bullet journal with custom collections for the areas of your life you need to plan? Are you looking to save time by having things pre-printed?
The n1 from sterling is what I have right now but…. I don’t have enough room on the week side for everything going on in my life. I also am not liking having my journal with it.
Have you looked at the just scribbles planners? She is a RUclipsr and is coming out with planners this year. She has both vertical and horizontal. I think the daily pages were dated. She has really detailed walkthroughs of her planners.
Whoops! Looks like this was recommended to you already. If you haven’t bought the W222 yet, I feel like the just scribbles would be better for your needs. I think her concept is really interesting, but I prefer my monthlies and weeklies bundled together instead of spread out through the planner. I know you said you don’t plan on trying anything new this year. But Paper Tess also has some that you may find interesting, as well as Twine and Paper. I got paper tess this year and I love it. Her weeks sized (I think it’s called the weekly notebook) has a bunch of sections already drawn out and it has more notes pages than the Sterling ink compact.
Yes!! I really love what Just Scribbles is offering, and how detailed her videos are, they are incredibly helpful. I appreciate all the comments so no worries! I will check out PaperTess and Twine and Paper, I don't think I have looked hard enough into those :)
Yes, all the SI books I have this year are doing fantastic with binding. I don't tip in a lot at the spine though, so I can't speak to how the binding would look with a bunch of tip ins.
I think I would prefer the classic paper book. I got a HON this year for memory keeping and it is doing alright but I can't flip the book back on itself. I thought it wouldn't bother me since I can place a book underneath but it does bother me now haha.
@@mydandeliondiaries I was thinking a paper cousin too. But I just saw the fox and cat HON cover in today’s preview 😍. Are you tempted to change your mind?
For work what about a monthly booklet and journal from sterling ink? I need a catch all, I had a separate book journal but I overwhelmed myself with another journal.
I thought about that! I think I would end up misplacing the booklet though. I move the book around alot so I would worry that they would separate and get lost somehow
It has an added goals and quarterly pages. And the back has no dates! So technically it does not have dailies, but there are enough pages in some of her planners for one page a day.
Yes! I think it would be a great option as it has ALL the pages I would ever need. But I want to limit my choices to only trying one new thing, so I went with the W222. However, I saw her announcement today about an A6 version which might be good for work for me :)
No but I has timelines on all the back pages and place for the date. It could be used as a notes page or a daily 🙂 I'm planning to use a date stamp and predate all the dailies
I love how the planner community (myself included) are already planning for 2025 - we are so cute haha! Great vid! 💖💖

(First World problems, I know!) 😅
Yes, I hadn’t heard of Marshmallow Paper either; so I’m excited to give it a try.
Have you thought of a basic journal for your garden? I like comparing year over year changes instead of having multiple journals to carry into the garden
I only carry the one book into the garden :)
I love this mind map idea!!
It’s a fun way to get your creative juices flowing 🥰
The common planner is great for anything in the back. I think you'll love it!
This was SO helpful for me!! Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Catherine just released a video on all the sizes/layouts. And, in case you haven't heard, Sterling Ink now offers a dated (daily pages) planner which also includes extra pages in the back.
I saw it today! The Daily intrigued me but I want the weeklies too. I like the new colors she picked though!
@@mydandeliondiariesit has months and weeks and dates dailies 😊
@@tiffanymo3683 the dated daily only has months and daily pages, no weeklies.
Oh, a paper snob 😂😂😂😂😂 ME TOOOOO!!!! Tomoe River all the way!
Hehehehe...🥰
next year i'm going to use an A6 ring planner for most of my functional planning and note taking, set up similarly to a common planner. i have a pocket size nolty planner for grocery shopping lists and food related things. and i'm use a A6 hobonichi 5 year for my health/wellness/workout tracking. i write a short blurb everyday on the left and on the right side I write down my weight lifting workouts, that's going to be interesting to look back on.
Thank you for sharing! I really like the Just Scribbles planners too :)
Also, as for price, unless you order multiple things from Hobo the shipping makes up for the difference in price with the ones in the US. (I notice the retailers just add the $30 shipping cost from Japan)
This good idea and mind map with and I think I know what i am going to get.
Great! 🥰💖
Just a heads up, the W222 is using paper from the #9 machine, not the OG OG #7 paper.
Thank you for the clarification Katie!!
I was coming here to mention same thing. It’s still cool paper. I have used a cafe notes this year and that also is #9 paper.
Fantastic mind mapping! Best of luck with your planner plans. Also: 💖💅💖
Thank you!! 😊💖
Glad I could help! There are so many options now I feel like getting organized is the best bet ✨
@@mydandeliondiariesvery true! Also thanks for talking about the W222, I’m intrigued!
Thank you! I watched her video today and love what she's offering. Depending on what cover colors she does and pricing I may pick some up!
Genius!! thanks so much for sharing this helped me a lot
I'm so glad it helped 😊
You have to checkout the Twines & Paper hybrid A5! but you'll only have until the end of August to preorder 😬
Thank you for the recommendation! I will check it out :)
Love these questions! Thank you for sharing :)
FOMO can be combatted by printing out pages from the internet too, if drawing things out is not enjoyable. Many planner companies offer downloads on their websites for individual pages and even whole planners. You can even buy Tomoe River paper to print on in A4 or A5 sheets.
This is a great idea, I didn't even think of printing out vs drawing. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thanks god, I don't have any doubts anymore- a grid notebook and an erasable pen do everything for me😅
This was so inspiring and helpful, thank you!
@@mydandeliondiaries Thank you! :)
SO helpful video. Thank you ❤
You're so welcome!
Stalogy is apparently coming out with a planner adjacent notebook (I think monthly pages) and I'm super intrigued for potentially work or my volunteering.
How exciting! If it is like a Hobonichi Day Free set up with months and then notes pages, that would be so great.
I pre-ordered the A5 W222. Going to try to stay with that for personal with a small generic notebook for doc visits. Work gets an A5 Stalogy for meetings.
Love it! ❤️ thank you for sharing 😊
Thank you for watching and sharing! It's nice to see that we have SO many options that are so great! 💖
Stacked b6 planner I have a weeks type planner form the Rosie life planner and love that I’m also looking towards a a6 idk I need them all but 4 is plenty for me
Thanks for the video. It was helpful for me.
You're welcome!
Nevermind, after finishing your video sounds like you've already taken these options into account. 😅
Thank you!! I'm still figuring out what I want/need haha but I like to feel a little bit organized :) I wish you luck!!
I saw a video from Tori on Paper that had a GREAT breakdown of how to figure out what you need
@@JessicaSmith-ie7cm ooh thanks, I'll check it out!
I spent so much money on planners this year and none of them worked for me 🙃 I adapted one to be a daily journal, but for planning I just ended up with a couple of pocket Moleskines in a cute lil TN set up that I’ve been really enjoying
Thanks for sharing!! I hope that 2025 doesn't break your budget!
Very helpful!
So glad!
Have you looked into the blue weeks mega with the cherries ? They finally did some "fun" cover for the mega 🎉
I saw!!! I am THRILLED they are offering new designs for the Mega, I know that has been asked for forever.
I wish shipping wasn't what it is :( Maybe someday there will be reasonable pricing for all shipping internationally.
This video was super helpful. I am in the market for a new planner as the company I used changed their layout, which worked for me. Super bummed as this was the first year I haven't planner hopped 😑
Glad it was helpful! I hope you find a good replacement :(
Oh bummer! What planner?
The cover on your planner is beautiful! Where did you get it from?
It was a collaboration between Lauren Phelps Designs and Nib & Fleur! It is sadly not available anymore on their website.
I ordered a Wonderland 222 and the new JustScribbles!
Great selection! 💖
Cousin for sure... maybe a Stalogy for work, I haven't decided. For work, B6 is my ideal size -- I wish Hobonichi did a Cousin in B6...
Sterling ink has a Daily B6 planner but no weeklies. Not sure if that could help. I've seen some cut their cousin down to a B6 though!
I love all sizes of the W222, I just wish they were floppy like SI books. The quotes and colors in the Cousin drive me batty. I know I jump between books and layouts. And I don’t really memory-keep or archive my books so having everything for the year in one book isn’t that important. It’s quite liberating. 😊
The floppy book is pretty nice :) I envy your ability to jump around, it definitely sounds liberating!
A 5 year journal may be a good place for your gratitude things
That is a great idea! I currently have a 5 year that I was using for "daily history" but maybe I'll change it gratitude for 2025 :)
@@mydandeliondiaries look forward to seeing your final decisions!
Why not use a bullet journal with custom collections for the areas of your life you need to plan? Are you looking to save time by having things pre-printed?
I am trying to get something pre-printed. I don't really want to go back to drawing out spreads because it takes me too much time.
@@mydandeliondiaries fair enough. Thank you for your response!
You maybe could try the papertess weekly for health planner!
I did look at her books :) I am not sure on shipping, but I am waiting to see what she does for her 2025 release dates.
The n1 from sterling is what I have right now but…. I don’t have enough room on the week side for everything going on in my life. I also am not liking having my journal with it.
I hope you find a book that works for you!
Sterling Ink is coming out with a daily planner with dated note pages ❤
Yes! I didn't have weeklies though from what I saw.
Dang, should have waited for your video to end before I commented 😂
Yes!! I really love what Just Scribbles is offering, and how detailed her videos are, they are incredibly helpful. I appreciate all the comments so no worries! I will check out PaperTess and Twine and Paper, I don't think I have looked hard enough into those :)
would you say the SI binding and PU leather cover would hold up?
Yes, all the SI books I have this year are doing fantastic with binding. I don't tip in a lot at the spine though, so I can't speak to how the binding would look with a bunch of tip ins.
Okay but have you seen all the structure in the Just Scribble planners?
Yes! I think her planners are fabulous 👌🏻
You should definitely check out the a5 journey planner from Nisha Fernando designs
Yes! I have looked at her books and may be getting one, I haven't pulled the trigger yet though.
I think I'm going to get a Wonderland222, and a Stirling Ink 5 year journal.
Great selection!! 💖
Are you thinking the classic Cousin or a HON for your personal catch all? Just wondering based on your comment about wanting to archive on a shelf
@@dragonrambles That cover is so lovely :) It makes choosing so tough!
For work what about a monthly booklet and journal from sterling ink?
I need a catch all, I had a separate book journal but I overwhelmed myself with another journal.
I thought about that! I think I would end up misplacing the booklet though. I move the book around alot so I would worry that they would separate and get lost somehow
When does the 2025 Hobonichi Cousin’s come out? I have also thought about the Avec. Just wondering how soon I can buy one?
Usually September is Fall Hobo season.
They should have all their products listed by the 23rd and then for sale on September 1st Japan time 😊
Doesnt the 2025 common planner from sterlink ink basically have everything the cousin has except the colors and quotes?
It has an added goals and quarterly pages. And the back has no dates! So technically it does not have dailies, but there are enough pages in some of her planners for one page a day.
Have you heard about the Just Scribble Planner?
Yes! I think it would be a great option as it has ALL the pages I would ever need. But I want to limit my choices to only trying one new thing, so I went with the W222. However, I saw her announcement today about an A6 version which might be good for work for me :)
Does the W222 have dated dailies?
No but I has timelines on all the back pages and place for the date. It could be used as a notes page or a daily 🙂 I'm planning to use a date stamp and predate all the dailies
@@mydandeliondiaries ah - I really dislike all of the shading for some reason 😂😂.
I thought Hobonichi had first TRP?
After chatting with Liisa at W222 they had a large stock of the original TRP that they saved to make planners with! Hobonichi has the TRP-Sanzen now.
Sterling Ink has a daily if you like the Common Planner book 🩷
Yes! I did look at her options, but the Daily doesn't have the weekly pages which is something I really want.
