Hey Dan, with your Miller table I've found that if you put a 100 mesh or smaller classifier under the discharge setting it on top of the inner tub that catches the fines and keeps them out of the pump but still allows the water to flow freely.

I've just recently begun to use multiple "bins" to reduce floating material that gets stuck in my sprayer

Is there a typical amount of water you use or do you just "play it by ear" according to how much solids there is? Do you use any jetdry (surfactant) for the fine and microfines? Also have you ever used a sample splitter?

Mainly talking about the crushed rock I guess.

Just play it by ear - you get a feel for it. Yes, there are situations that call for jetdry. I've never used a sample splitter but that was interesting to watch.
