Transformer :250 /6-0-6v (500mA)
Diodes :1n4007
Capacitor :47 micro faraday
above list is the necessary components to make "automatic street light".

From little led up to.. Large 100w... But aena mate transistor & transformer ni current rating increase karvi pade.. As par your bulb specifications

And if you don't want to change circuit... You can simply use relay of 12v
