Maybe this helps for the zara clothe sizing, You can tell if something runs big or small, look at the tag in the shirt at the symbole, Circle means bigger to size Triangle means true to size Square means small to size

Try dawn dishsoap directly on the stain (like clump it on there) and let it sit for a while and then wash it again in cold water it should remove the stand
