- Hello everyone, in this video you will see the distribution of the #digestate on wheat with the new entry of the AgriEnergy team, the #Vervaet Hydro Trike!
This self-propelled burier, thanks to the various equipment it can be combined with, offers the possibility of making the best use of the potential of sewage and digestates. In fact, using a correct method of distribution allows you to make the most of all the properties and minimize emissions into the atmosphere. In this case, by fertilizing the autumn-winter crops on the cover it is possible to anticipate the spreading, saving on the purchase of chemical products.
The machine is equipped with numerous technological equipment such as the John Deere Manure Sensing system, which offers the exclusive advantage of applying nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium with precision according to the predetermined levels of nutrients and with speed limit in kg / ha using specific prescription maps for each plot. There is also the John Deere satellite guidance system for precise processing.
The advantages of this service offered by the AgriEnergy team are:
- cost reduction for mineral fertilizers
- contribution of organic matter to the soil
- waste management by reducing emissions
Let's now pass to the technical characteristics of the protagonist of the video:
Vervaet Hydro Trike + Veenhuis Euroject 3500 (7m): Despite its simplicity, the technical characteristics of Hydro Trike make the product modern and highly technological starting from the engine, a DAF PACCAR diesel. Maximum power (530 hp) and torque are already available at less than 1400 rpm. Under favorable circumstances it can only work with 1250 rpm.
Two Sauer-Danfoss variable displacement pumps ensure hydraulic traction of the Hydro Trike.
A hydraulic motor with planetary transmission is mounted in the front wheel. The mechanical rear axle is driven by a mechanical gearbox driven by a large capacity variable displacement hydraulic motor, which can be adjusted by the operator with a potentiometer on the dashboard, to have the best ratio of the tractive force between the front axle and rear.
The slurry pump is driven by a large hydraulic motor controlled by the sensor
machine advancement speed. This, by means of a variable displacement pump, always ensures the pre-established injection quantity, regardless of the forward speed. All other functions take place thanks to a Load Sensing pump.
The standard suction arm is 8 "in diameter and extracts fertilizer from dedicated containers or a deep fertilizer pit with equal ease.
The fertilizer tank capacity is 16,000 liters.
The tires are Michelin MEGA-X BIB 1000mm front and 1050mm rear
All elements of the #Veenhuis disc dispenser distribute at the same quantity.
The digestate is loaded directly from the barrels or is taken from the Tecnosima tank positioned on the sidelines with a capacity of 30500L.
At the transport video there is a John Deere 6175R + Bossini B280 and a Case Puma 200 with Bossini B260.
