Hi this is scooter Steve again I can't get back the other videos because I took them down because I got sick and tired of with the super box so that's why you had to contact me through one of my other image pages that was my cooking channel thing I'm making now cuz I had too many people yelling about it I'm someone we're blaming me for it but it ain't my fault this advertising it but I'm glad you got in touch with me I know I sent you a message the other day when I had the video up but I took it down one of my friends told me I should take it down but I found out something all ready for you if you have the box brand new and you didn't do a factory reset they're working on putting that back on it should be up by Sunday working I was told but if you did a factory reset that will be the ram and makes the box work they're not working on that yet so you just lost everything so both of my boxes I lost everything but if you look at the owner's manual it says if you have any problems with audio video or the pictures do a factory reset they shouldn't put that on the box they tell us when it's too darn late so if you just got another one and you didn't do a factory reset then it'll be fixed so money going to be fixed for a while they said cuz they would have to what happens at races everything out of the rum if you notice there's a rum updater on there what's going to happen is you going to see some of the people said that they didn't do a factory reset and the pictures are showing up but they're not working it will have a circle in it and then it will come back on so did you do a factory reset on yours let me know if you did I think they should tell you on the owner's manual the right things I'll let you know if I can hear from them so the only way for me to contact you right now is through the when we're showing how to make a salad cuz once I delete the app all the people contact me and erase then I can't contact them anymore so you're the only one I can contact right now because you contact me through one of my other pictures that's the only way you can contact me if you need to catch you later

Hi this is a scooter Steve I know we all got screwed on our super boxes but it's still down but I'm going to tell you a little trick how you can get your money back it depends on when you bought your box I know the sellers say they only have 15 days I wouldn't use my credit card by the time I didn't have to pay for it until the following month well I just got off the telephone with my credit card company and put a case against the company they gave me a little bit of credit but you don't want to touch the money it's in that your credit card because it will stay there and then they'll contact you and long as you kept the receipts and the paperwork when you bought it and they asked you a bunch of questions was it working when you got it and I said yes it was so they want to know what case am I file against and I told them it's not worth survive was on the paperwork in other words if they're advertising something it's got to have 17 applications on it the elite channel then that means it's not what you're paying for you did not get so there has to be a good reason so they told me that they did that already they put on my credit card the two boxes I bought but I don't want to use that money it's on there because after a while they'll let me know if the case went through and if it did sometimes you'll get your money back but it will take about a month so I thought maybe I'll let you know if you got any questions and you want to talk to me privately instead of on this RUclips cuz they're monitoring my calls receive the number will go through and this is my phone number please contact me for more information and I can give you more details what's going on with your box stuff I can't put any more on the RUclips channel but here's my phone number 760-336-5536 please contact me and then I can help you a little more I can't guarantee I can get your money back but I could tell you how to get your money back depends on where you got it from so just call me and I would gladly try to help you there as best as I can and after you get done talking to me you can tell your friends whoever I spot the box because I pulled down all the videos the only one I can contact you is for the one I was showing you how to make a milkshake I have some cooking channels the other people in contact me that but it's better if you just call me by telephone okay you have a good day this is scooter Steve thanks for watching my videos bye for now
