Hi can you do Hainanese very thin pork chop? I think the only crispy thin pork strips is at commonwealth drive hawker ctr they only do cai png dinner. Previously the best was Redhill hawkers ctr the stall behind Hong Sen curry rice. It’s like eat deep fry chicken skin without the the oily after taste. If you can teach us how it’s done. Perfect
Is the fries with brown sauce like canadian poutine? I tried the 炸两 and it is really good but must eat quickly! Not sure if you tried the chilli from the same store, it tastes a little like xo sauce!
