Most of the other countries have migrants from other European countries OR from their diasporas. Take Spain for example. Spain receives a lot of migrants but most of them are Hispanics who are culturally, linguistically, religiously Spanish and have 70% Spanish DNA from their colonial days in South America. It`s not the same as importing the human waste from Africa or the Middle East.
