@Nyangsoop, in Hawaii, we make Spam Musubi. The empty can is used to mold the cooked rice. Thin-slice Spam length-wise, gently fry until carmelized, then place Spam on the hot molded rice (turn can upside down on a cutting board to remove the formed rice) and finally wrap in 1/2 sheet of seaweed. I wrap the finished product in plastic wrap to hold the shape until it's time to eat. I thought I would share this recipe, since you enjoy cooking with Spam. Aloha!
