My perfect Bubba is the angus, pan fried with fried onions on a brioche roll and never with cheese.........never. I tend to cook to medium rare and I enjoy every bite, every time and also enjoy the irregular shape! A pound of ground beef is just too much for me to consume as my diet is pretty light on beef products. So frozen makes much more sense. Quality and consistency of Bubba Burgers is 1st rate.
Good review sir. I think they would be even better over some coals and maybe a little smoke. I know you had turkey burgers the other day, but Bubba also has a turkey burger! Might be worth reviewing that one as well! 👏🏼👏🏼
There is a little smoke, but not much. The grease from the burger drips into the water pan. The water in the pan cools the grease preventing it from smoking. I hope that helps.
Great review. Love the indoor grill. A few drips of soy sauce and worcestershire while it cooks is amazing.

You know Bubba Burgers are legit because the ingredient list doesn't say "mechanically separated" beef. I avoid anything with that wording.
