I feel like everything happens to caleb. When he was little he gashed his forehead, then diagnosed with celiac disease, and now hes having seizures. Feel better caleb you and your family are in our prayers.

Seizures can be really scary but all you have to do is take action and it can do so much to help that person. I was babysitting once and the little girl I was watching had a seizure ( I was 13 at the time) and I called for help from the next room and help came. Someone there was a nurse so it was all okay. I wish best of luck for your family because life is tough but you are tougher.

Seizures are scary. I have a brother, he’s 8. He’s special needs. His case is multiple things combined, so rare it has no name and it’s something like 1 in 5 million. He has seizures often and it’s scary. He had like 15 in one year when I was 6 or 7 and we constantly had to have the fire department and an ambulance come. He was often in the hospital. They were so often that I was actually so trained for it that I was always helping and I even was the one to figure out he was having seizures a few times. My parents divorced when I was five and my brother was two but they hadn’t finished the whole process for another couple of years so he was there to help most of the time. My brother couldn’t walk until he was three and he’s almost nine now and still struggles to walk. We’re lucky he can eat because kids with his disorder usually are in wheelchairs and need feeding tubes. He is in a home for kids like him so he doesn’t live with me, he lives five hours away. It’s scary but I promise, you’ll get through it.
Two of my cousins are diagnosed with arts syndrome. They were the only two living people on earth to have this diagnosis. They couldn’t walk, talk, feed themselves, use the toilet. They basically couldn’t do anything for themselves. They were expected to die when they were very young however they managed to live until they were 17 and 18. I’ll never forget them though. They are always in my heart.
Poor kid I can't imagine how deconstructed he's brain is of how many sezures your brother had and I hope he gets better🙂🙂😭😭😭

buddy first of all your cuteness amazes me every time I see you in a vlog, you are so amazing. This must have been a hard thing to go through..Like I know Because I was diagnosed with generalised epilepsy when I was eleven. The hardest part for us people with epilepsy is not the diagnosis but the life adjusting we have to it Afterwards . For example I can’t go out swimming like all the other children, people are constantly worried about you, the medication is crazyyy. But at least we show character, hope you will fight trough it( you probably will). I love you caleb, you are a superhero and Kendra you are so amazing as well. You have earned mum of the year award at least a hundred times!

Poor Caleb! He already gashed is head when he was younger, diagnosed with celiac disease, and has a chance of having epilepsy? Everything bad is happening to him and I wish he gets well soon! I wish him a Merry early Christmas and has a good rest of the week! I really hope he gets better sooner or later!

My friend has a very severe case of epilepsy, she does not have seizures but she blanks out for a minute or two and then comes back. The doctors sorted this by giving her medication. Two tablets in the morning and two in the night. It’s not a big deal and I’m sure Caleb will be fine. Love you all, best wishes! 💖😃🎄🎅🏼
JJ O’Neil those actually are seizures they are called absence seizures, i had them. i would be unconscious during the seizure but afterwards i would usually be able to figure at what happened. i hope everything with your friend is okay.
I had these as a child too. Back then (40+ yrs ago) they were called Petite Mal Seizures (not Grande Mal Seizures as in Epilepsy). Now they call them Absence Seizures as Emilee stated. Mine were explained as "blank stares" for several seconds to minutes). I remember sometimes being able to hear everyone around me, but couldn't/didn't respond. Most often I didn't remember anything. He may be suffering from Epilepsy. It is a condition that causes you to have seizures. Epilepsy is a permanent condition however it still can be managed.

I have a mild case of Epilepsy and I’ve had I think 3 EEGs so far my last one was last Wednesday. And I basically had these absent seizures( not like Calebs) it’s basically where my brain just turned off and I would stare into somewhere and not respond. Luckily it only lasted a few seconds but they became regular. The point I’m trying to get across is Caleb is not alone and there’s a huge community that will happily answer any questions you might have about EEGs or seizures, Epilepsy and more! Love u guys ❤️

Oh no! I hope he is ok!! I am 15 (almost 16) and used to have a lot of seizures when I was little. They tested me for epilepsy and they also tested me for episodic ataxia but they came back negative. I take medicine for it and it helps. I have been taking the same dose of medicine for almost 16 years. I still do not have a diagnosis and it has almost been 16 years!
But you can't have been having seizers for 16 yrs if you are 15

I got a seizure 1 time and it was scary
If he gets another seizure, it is important to film it for the doctor. Some seizures can show the diagnosis, so for specific illnesses there are only these specific seizures. So a little video can help the doctors and its better than explaining it to the doctors.

Seizures are a very scary thing. My doctor thinks I may be having seizures and I am getting an EEG as well. My neighbor and my grandfather both have had seizures. While my neighbor is not doing so well, my Grandpa is on medication for it and has been doing well. Just know there is hope. Praying for Caleb and your family!!💞

@elizabeth afton I have autism and I have to take five pills every morning (once my mom knows I'm not going back to bed In Freaking six in the morning and one half of a pill at 12:30pm (it used to be at 1:30 pm but we had to change it) one at 3:00 pm and five at 7:00pm(it used to be at 6:45pm but we had to change it) that's a lot of medice
aww i was diagnosed with epilepsy in February 2020. i also have no history of seizures and neither does anyone in my family. it was a terrifying experience. i’m so grateful that he is doing all right. remember that you’re not alone Caleb and stay strong little man 💪
This came close to home, my younger sister was born with Epilepsy and Cerebal Palsy and I had to see her have seizures, Her seizures were seen that she stared into nothing without blinking and My tiny 4 year old brain had to learn about all of this at such a young age. Since I was to young to see her have the surgery they did to cut half of her brain to stop seizures, the video put me into a new thought of mind. Love you J House

Omg this is so scary! My grandma had a seizure right in front of me! The next day she was diagnosed with cancer she survived for so long, she did pass but me and my family are praying she is okay in heaven. Hopefully Caleb in the future is ok and had a great life! I have had an EEG before, but myn was sleep deprived. I remember how hard it was. I have had a seizure but they wanted to check for a reason. We love you so much Caleb! Hope you feel better!

I just watched this video; the date was just 10 days after I had an unexpected seizure last year. I’m medicated for epilepsy, and I know what he would be going through. I’m glad things have been looked into so thoroughly and hope and pray he won’t have much more trouble with it in his life 💜

J house i am sooo sorry you guys had to deal with this. My cousin has epilepsy. He always had seizures. He now is a lot better. I am thankful i have never had one. I only suffer with anxiety and ADHD. I hope Caleb gets better. You are in my family prayers. Lots of love from Maryland :)... i have grown with your family. And yes waiting rooms are freezing. When i was in the hospital they didnt give me a pillow or blanket. i was freezing. I really hope this isn't too serious :|

Hey guys I just want you to know that my brother has seizures. He had 4 in one day. He had one in my lap. It was on the bus when it happened. He had to spend the night at the hospital because he had another seizure at the hospital. In the morning he had to get a MRI. My brother has to get and EEG I think once or twice a year. This summer he got off his medication. I just want you guys to know that I went through the same thing. My brother is now 14 and I am 11 almost 12. Me and my family are sending prayers to your family. Love you guys

Poor Caleb. When I watched this, I was almost about to cry. I can't imagine what Caleb was going through in those times. I was really scared when I saw this video, but when Caleb was having a fun time, it totally put me at ease. and I'm also so sorry that Kendra had to see Caleb going through a seizure, it must have been really scary for a parent to see their child going through something that is very scary. I pray that he gets better.
I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 17. I know what Caleb is going through at the moment and I am praying for you and that you will find it there right medication to stop his seizures. There's a very scary time for the family and friends.

As I watched this video I saw a commercial about this boy having seizures... it’s so sad nobody should have to go trough that including the people who have to watch someone go through it.
