As a young man, I worked performing at both Disneyland and DisneyWorld and loved every second of it. The jobs were demanding, but I got great satisfaction knowing that I was part of creating a magical experience for our audiences.
You notice all the roles the guests don’t see e.g. housekeeping, galley etc are all crew from poorer countries then all the ones the guests do see like entertainment etc are from UK or USA or is that just me. Don’t want to offend anyone it’s just an observation.
because the salary for those positions are very low, like 700-1100 dolars, for a american this is not worth it. But for us who live in countries where the dolar is high is good, 1000USD is a good amount of money

No it's true though, however those people don't mind taking those types of jobs where alot of the others feel like they're above those types of jobs
