- How to make a chocolate dipped delight that seems more like a piece of candy than a brownie.
Ingredients:
1. 3/4 cup-Sugar.
2. 1/3 cup-Butter.
3. 2 Tablespoons-Water.
4. 4 cups ( 24 ounces )- Semisweet Chocolate Chips, divided.
5. 1 teaspoon-Vanilla Extract.
6. 2-Eggs.
7. 3/4 cup-All-purpose Flour.
8. 1/2 teaspoon-Salt.
9. 1/4 teaspoon-Baking Soda.
10. 2 Tablespoons-Shortening.
11. 1/2 cup-Toasted Chopped Pecans.

This recipe looks amazing!! I’ve never seen brownies dipped, but they r delicious I have no doubt😋Great tutorial 👍You didn’t make a mess like I did on my candy dipping. I should of stuck with my skewer, but I was trying to show for people that had no dipping tool, you could use your hands. Big mistake 😅You did a great job dipping them so gracefully! 😊I would do the same, and not dip the remainder. A little if both is perfect 😍👍
Thank you Viola. These brownies are very good. A chocolate lovers delight! I do not make candies very often. It said to use a fork to dip them. The chocolate coating hardens up real nice.
