I have the same question. Padel balls have less pressure than tennis balls, and I noticed that if I store padel balls that were used only once in the pascal box with "padel" preassure, that these balls do NOT bounce like new padel balls. But then I got a tip from someone that also owns a pascal box that told me that I should use "tennis preassure" instead. So I wonder if one should give extra pressure.
We have just taken delivery of a new pascal box but can’t get any pressure in at all. How many pumps should it take! We can’t get any movement of the disk at all
Hi Alison, Thank you for your message. This usually happens if you have not followed the instructions in the user guide. Have you lubricated the O-ring as instructed in the QR guide on the box? If you have followed these instructions and it is still the same you can contact our support team for further assistance in this email: soporte@pascalbox.com
This should not happen. There are several reasons for this: 1. They are old balls and several matches have been played with them without pressurising. 2. The ball has no or very little pressure inside it, either because it has been open for a long time (even if it has not been used) or because it came from the factory with less pressure than it should have had. As there is no pressure inside the ball, it does not resist the pressure we are trying to put inside it. We recommend starting to use Pascal Box with a set of new balls, pressurise them 24 hours before playing so that all the balls start with the same pressure and then pressurise them after each game to extend their useful life as much as you want. If you do this process you will be able to use your balls for many matches, and you will change them by the looks of them, as they will bounce like the first day. We hope we have helped you 🙂

How much pressure is in the can when the needle is on „tennis“
Is it the same pressure when I buy brand new balls?

I buy one it' s not working...
is it bad if the balls pop inward?
